Parasite Clone - This technique allows White Zetsu to create multiple clones of himself, which can also be used in his Substitute Technique to assume the form of other ninja, right down to their chakra.
White Zetsu Merging Technique - Several White Zetsu merge into a single large being with their venus flytrap-like middles opened up. Their abilities after merging weren't seen, as Naruto Uzumaki destroyed them soon afterwards, though it claimed to be more resilient, since it merged to counter the effects of Naruto's Nine-Tails' Yang chakra on them.
Mayfly - This infiltration technique is characteristic of Zetsu. It allows him to merge his body with the ground and flora and travel at very high speeds; however, it is noted not to be as fast as teleportation techniques.
Substitute Technique - This technique allows White Zetsu to create an exact copy of anyone he has ever touched, down to their chakra. However, it will not be strong enough to fight an extended battle, so its primary purpose is to function as a diversion. The clone retains the appearance of the person even after its "death" and returns to its form of a clone of White Zetsu only after the technique is released by Zetsu himself.

Akatsuki FTW or "Draw." Why?

The Zetsu army are mindless beings that needs to be commanded or order by a higher individual to successful dominate the battle-field for any shinobi, group, or army. Either-way, Akatsuki have many individuals in their ranks that can decrease the numbers without feeling overpowered such as Dediara, Sasori, Nagato, Orochimaru and Konan.

Negative 5 competition. Hidan solos. He could solo against 100,000,000,000 Whit zetsu's. The zetsu's are all clones, and therefore, geneticaly identical. Meaning Jashin death ritual affects them all. Also, hidan doesent need their blood, hair would work.
