If Madara has sufficient Hashirama DNA, he can create mokuton clones that will give him the chance of winning along with perfect susano. Otherwise, it's really hard and it might come to the point that Madara gets gang-raped by Akatsuki xd

Edo Madara or EMS Madara? Either way perfect susanoo is a last resort move by Madara and he will most definetely have to rely on it against the sheer number of Akatsuki members.

Also keep in mind that samehada absorbs chakra and susanoo is a physical manifestation of the user's chakra so it can be absorbed or at least destabilized or weakened.
