Akatsuki VS Konoha

[Fair Warning]

Here's how I would have had the series play out.

• All of the Akatsuki is defeated, peace is restore throughout the land, Tsunade retires due to age, and Kakashi becomes Hokage.
• Obito Kamui's into the village and in front of all the villagers Kamui's Kakashi.
• Naruto vows revenge against Tobito.
• All of the Beasts have been capture including Killer Bee. Kurama doesnt want to be next and assists Naruto
• Cue overused yellow powerup mode.
• Obito and Kabuto Edo the Akatsuki: Invade Konoha
• Naruto protects village but fails, villagers let him get captured
• About to die, cue dramatic music: Sasuke comes in to save Naruto.
• Sasuke is forced to fight Itachi: Edo Hokages come.
• Naruto forced to fight Minato. Tsunade fights Hashi, Danzo fights Tobirama, Konohamaru and Shikamaru fight Hiruzen.
• They win, with some flashbacks.
• Tsunade dies though, and Minato teleports Kakashi back from Obito's dimension, with the kunai he has.
  
• Kakashi gives position of Hokage to Naruto. Sasuke unlocks Rinnegan after sadly defeating Itachi.
  
• Sasuke believes it is the Hokage that creates war and anger. Challenges Naruto.

Not bad, I wouldn't have minded the manga taking that direction. I'm happy with how it is now though.

Not bad, but there needs to be more K11 (Lee and Hinata for me) ould have been cool to show how Danzo, while incredibly douchbaggish...can in fact fight for the village.

Minato seemingly being the only one to break Edo (Tobirama's technique) seems like a low note for me personally.

I think it would be better if all of Akatsuki or at least half of it had been alive. Examples.

Kisame Should have escaped Gai and Company. Kakuzu should have intelligently retreated. Sasori or Deidara should be alive.....Deidara being more logical considering Sasori basically suicided. Hidan should have been dug up. I know they don't all match your story line, but I realized I was thinking main story line a little late.
