Naruto can run as far as he wants. Gl to the rest of konoha as they get Enton magatama, Enton arrows, exploding sharks, massive AoE attacks and bombs. Then its naruto alone vs akatsuki. Lul.

If tbb was as much of a one shot as you think, sage would never beat juubi. Him, his wife and kids and his wooden staff would be wiped out by a single juubi-dama.

Healthy Nagato and healthy itachi are being very underrated...
Chibaku Tensei from a full health nagato while Susanoo/amaterasu spams everywhere.
Shinra Tensei pushes away what ever or who ever decides to try and stop them, and if that doesn't work ( i doubt it wouldn't) then Susanoo would just stop them, and this if they get past 100 puppets 100billion of Konans paper bombs and paper shuriken spams, Shark bomb from kisame,amaterasu spams from Itachi ( or he could just use tsukuyomi on naruto ) Hidan is standing in the middle of a HUGE jashin circle while zetsu clones collect blood from wounds, kakazu is spamming fire/wind/earthstyle jutsu at everything deidera is dropping c4 on whatever he wants.

Its not to complicated for why Naruto beats Nagato. If you follow some of DA's theories then Naruto actually stomps. Though even without those, it doesnt make much a diffrence, Naruto wins.
