No senjutsu = No chance.
Totsuka blade can't pierce through Juubito's shield of black fluid without any Senjutsu chakra.
His Omyoudon turns all ninjutsu to nothing, meaning every jutsu the akatsuki has to offer, since none of the ones listed possess a Sage mode.

Juubito is going to have to contend with
Hidan which is immortal
Kakuzu using all five elements on him.
Konan shooting continuous paper bombs and creating smoke and cover.
Itachi using his tsukuyomi, totsuka blade, and susano'o
Nagato using all of the rinnegans techniques.
Sasori using 100 puppets + the 3rd kazekage.
Zetsu using his wood release + budha statue.
Deidara constantly shooting clay and blowing himself up along with creating smoke and cover for his team mates.
Kisame is constantly using samehada to absorb any ninjutsu juubito throws at them.
Nothing outside of senjutsu can touch him which is correct. However Nagato can still remove his soul, Hidan can still obtain his blood and kill him, Itachi can still seal him, and everyone is working together. There's 9 kage level shinobi working together and using all 5 elements + KKG + Senju DNA + advanced sealing methods + the rinnegan + some voodoo + forbidden jutsu. Juubito is going to have a run for his money. He can't win if they're working together and covering each other. If they just decide to attack without any sort of planning or consideration for each other then juubito will win.
