Shinra tensei blasts them away. Gedo dragon steals thier soul. Amaterasu burns them with the intensity of the sun into charcoal. Deidara C4 shittroys. Chakra is just basically energy, so preta absorbs thier energy attacks from all directions. Tsukuyomi spiritually crumbles them. Samehada shreds them apart, Hidan is immune to blunt attacks and can take some blood and keep stabbing himself in the heart.

Your mistakes here is that without knowing the feats of team Avenger you give the victory to team Akatsuki. How in logical mind can you give a victory to a team without knowing other team strength? You not even do a battle actually but just being ignorant and bias.
Given that OP never.specific what incarnation of Avengers he uses here I will use the strongest incarnation of every characters
I'm already gave Ant man feat but he has more. You're so ignorant if you think they can touch or see molecule level Ant man. He can just enter your cells and destroy it from inside. He even have a weapon to shrink yur body. His highest feat is became bigger than a universe(Comic for you)
World Breaker Hulk is the strongest of Hulk's incarnation. He has rapid healing, immune to mind manipulation, his strength keep doubling when he becomes more angry and can destroy a planet. So he alone can takes majority of Akatsuki member. He can just punch Hiden into outerspace and he dies there. Deidara C4 cant even tingles his Skin.
Scarlett Witch highest feat is controlling a reality on planetary level. What can they do to her when their reality being dictate by Scarlett Witch? Ever watch Avenger: Age of Ultron? Thats the lowest showing/feat she had. Her reality manipulation is much more powerful than Itachi's mind manipulation. Its more than illusion.
And I feels pity at you not knowing who is Quicksilver the fastest human in Marvel like Flash to DC. He is another Avenger that can Solo all Akatsuki before they can blink. His speed is not temporary/short bursts or using spatial manipulation but "constant speed" bcus he is Running and not teleportation or Shunshin. Quick is LS.
Iron Man highest feat is battle against Silver Surfer and SS is a herald and has power cosmic. IM put a good fight. Plus IM got various kind of Armor for specific battles. Hulk Buster, Thor Buster. Keep in Mind even though Thor has "slow speed syndrom" but he with mjolner can bust a single planet. And IM fought that Thor. Deidara's bomb will do nothing to harm IM.
Thor, I already gave a glimpse about him above. He suffers from slow reaction speed battle syndrome but he can flies LS fast using his hammer. His hammer is so heavy for someone that's not worthy and all Akatsuki are not worthy and when Thor put a hammer on them they will unable to move. He can finish his target in that situation.
That is Some info of Avengers to you. From that one member alone can solo entire Akatsuki.

Anyways, just bcuz hulk can destroy a planet is no excuse for him being immune to C4 Karura which destroys the cells from inside with countless bombs.
Sharingan can see Ant man. As it saw deidara's C4.
Amaterasu can burn with the intensity of the sun, do they've any heat resistance on that level? Shinra tensei can push away all sorts of matter according to databook.
Quicksilver is speed of light? Cuz shinra tensei is light-speed technique according to databook.
If you didnt know there are ninjas who use shunshin and ninjas who use just footspeed like guy and itachi, when shunshin is used, it's mentioned. Itachi can go faster than sharingan pre-cog which could track 5 gates lee couldnt track itachi and it was mentioned itachi didnt use full power. Not to itachi dodge kakashi's raikiri at 30% power which cut lightning.
Tobi's spacetime jutsu is light-speed. Kamui is also a sealed space, if one gets trapped in that, there is no escape unlike other space time techniques
What itachi actually does is controlling the opponent entirely, space, time, matter, everything is in his control in that genjutsu just like frog song genjutsu with the exception that frog song only warps space
Itachi can easily make a billion years of sword stabbing pass in a nanosecond, since he has complete control over time, is there any feat even coming close to surviving this trauma?
Gedo mazou statue releases a dragon which is made of the lifeforce of nagato which sucks the souls of everything instantly so if any of these guys come near him, he could simply cover himself with the dragon and make them kill themselves.
There is also the Yata and Totsuka blade which doesnt have limits, since someone who never called kaguya or madara "invincible", called itachi "completely invincible" just because he possessed those weapons which means it can literally do anything as it is "supernatural" ,the laws of physics dont apply to it, it can go unlimited speed and kill all these speedsters at once.
Not to mention the yata mirror can repel astral and material attacks and doesnt have a physical form which means intangible and can change it's shape and form to match any attack.
So if there are any feats which beats the above, the I'll concede.

How someone that can destroy a planet and also survived the impact of a clashing where the clashed generates a shock wave that can vaporize a planet nearby and by calculation the impact produce force billion tonnes more powerful than Deidra C4 that only can destroy a city only. In simple words the amount of destructive power that C4 produce is billion times lower than Hulk punching power and the power produce from the clash between WBH and She Hulk.
Hulk body survive the impact of the clash and planet destruction so logically speaking Hulk body is more than durable to survive C4 explosion. He survived molecule level destruction before and regenerated from it when he was World War Hulk. So no problem for Hulk.
Itachi has nothing on Wanda(Scarlet Witch) power. At her highest she reality warp on planetary level even Reaching Multiverse level. At her highest she doesnt need close contact to use her manipulation power, she did it at Will. Actually Scarlet Witch power is close to similar to Shisui MS power Kotoamatsukami but Koto only control and gives an instruction to the victim but Scarlet Witch not just able to control individual but alter the reality around her.

Using Databook wont help you bcus feat is the reference here. Before Deva Path uses his Shinra Tensei Quicksilver already get to him first in the slow time moment situation. On Quicksilver's eyes Deva Path just a immovable body, he can do 101 things to kill Deva Path in that slow time moment.
So far no one in Akatsuki is as fast as Quicksilver running speed. Even 8 gates Might Guy not that fast bcus Madara still can react to him means he aware of Might Guy movements. But Quicksilver movements is on different level. No one aware of it.
Quicksilver alone can kill anyone in Akatsuki using his speed alone. Slashing Hidan's Head, slashing Deidara's head, Slashing Sasori's head, Slashing Itachi's head and all of Akatsuki in a blink of an eyes.
So Gedo, ST, and every Jutsus Akatsuki have are useless against and infront of Quicksilver.
Itachi cant focus on all people. He need to focus on other people(opponent) too so he couldn't be there to look at ant man using his Sharingan all the time. Ant man can be as big as/bigger than Konoha or as small as molecule and he can focus on Kisame/kakuzu and Itachi is not on a duty to babysitting every of his teammates over an Ant man issue bcus there are numbers of powerful enemy for him to focus on.

Never did the Databook stated those weapons has unlimited speed. You made up non sense here. Databook stated Totsuka seal anything it can pierce and Yata will repel any attacks. It can changes its property to match the attacks elemental nature. Thats all. There was no unlimited speed nonsense. Quit yur trolling.
Quicksilver speed is not an attack but a movement so Yata will not activate to protect Itachi bcus its only block an attack(physical or astral) and not physical movement plus its too slow infront of Quicksilver.

Zetsu said totsuka is a supernatural weapon which made itachi "completely invincible" so if quick silver can escape the pierce of totsuka how can it be a "completely invincible" attack? Zetsu called it a perfect offense which means no escape from the stab and cutting. Supernatural means anything which transcends the laws of physics, speed is a law lf physics, so there is no speed restriction for totsuka and yata.
Even if he slows time and comes inside the mirror, since it doesnt have a form or shape or substance since it doesnt have a physical form ,it will adapt and repel his attack before it hits itachi and I dont know where you got that it can only block elemental natures, zetsu said it can repel every attack by altering its attributes to that of the attack , not its nature.

By feats Totsuka only being used by Itachi on immovable ninja and slow moving body. The Hydra not just very slow but also stationery and Edo Nagato gave up the fight and let Itachi to seal him.

He never used it on fast moving people like KCM Naruto and Bee. And in fast battle also.
It bcus his Susanoo is not the legged one so he cant moves his Susanoo. His Susanoo is in stationary position. Thats why he never attempted to use totsuka in the fast moving battle unless his opponent stop moving.
So now the burden of proof is on you to prove that Itachi Susanoo can moves faster without a legs. Those weapons are attach on his Susanoo. Susanoo couldn't move without a pair of legs.
The speed in using those weapons depends on Susanoo speed and Susanoo speed is much slower than Quicksilver speed

Your claimed not substantiated by feats. Using Databook blindly wont help. Outside of NV many characters can beat him even JJ or Kaguya can beat him. The way that they outlast Itachi chakra and stamina. Those weapons came with Itachi's Susanoo. Itachi cant maintain his Susanoo for a long period of time bcus it will drains his chakra. Without certain amount of chakra Susanoo cant be manifest.
Adult Sasuke as the proof. Not just Susanoo but MS also. Someone like Iron Man and Thor can just keep bombarding Itachi Susanoo using repulsor canon and lightning until Itachi ran out of chakra. They can attack him from the sky. Even Iron Man armor can be remotely control from far away so what's on that battlefield is just an empty armor control either by Jarvis or Tony, so no Genjutsu will effect Iron Man. Bingo.

Haha Hulk inner body durability is as strong as his outer body durability. His body is that strong thanks to his cells strength after being exposed to Gamma rays. At the very least all the explosions inside his body just felt like small pressure release.

So she can manipulate Itachi's reality from far away and at will. She also shown to able to teleport.
