The Cloud team can win only if they're able to keep Bee alive/in Bijuu Mode. If Bee is taken out then the rest of the team crumbles, since both the Third and Ay can be dealt with by Itachi, Pain, Obito and Kisame, while the rest stomp Darui and Cee.
In all honesty, I don't see Bijudama being a game ender for the Akatsuki, especially not when Itachi can hit BM Bee with Amaterasu before he uses it, or Deva Path can blast the ball right back at Bee with CST, which would effectively

, and potentially kill anyone not named the Third Raikage with the resulting blast. Even if it just dispels the ball instead of blasting it back at him, the sheer force of CST should still be enough to kill Darui,Cee and A, whilst sending Bee flying.
There's also the possibility of Deva redirecting the blast by smacking Bee's face with a Bansho Tenin'd boulder like he did with 6TK Naruto, Kisame using the lake to his advantage much like Suigetsu did and meeting the ball halfway with a large Daikodan (which could absorb some of the blast and/or prematurely detonate it), or Obito phasing important members like Itachi, Kisame and Deva Path along with himself to survive the blast.
Obito himself is a nightmare for Bijuu Mode Bee, if this is the incarnation with the Rinnegan, as he can shoot chakra rods at Bee with Kamui,

. Chakra rods will still be a problem, seeing that Pain is also in this matchup and can utilise them to restrain Bee in place of Obito. Obito can use his Flame Barrier to separate Bee from the team as well.
In V2, Ay is faster than everyone in the Akatsuki. Unfortunately, he can't blitz 10+ persons at once, neither can his father. In addition, at least half of the members of Akatsuki (Zetsu, Hidan, Kakuzu, Sasori, Asura, Deva, and Human Path) won't be put down by one punch, leaving the possibility for Ay to be taken by surprise.
All it would take is one BT whilst Ay is attacking someone else to set him up for a Totsuka stab/chakra rod spam/Soul Rip/Katon-Fuuton combo/Daikodan. Or an ambush from the invisible chameleon, or Ay attacking the wrong person like Zetsu, who can then set off his spores and keep him in one place long enough for the other members to take advantage. The Third can be restrained in similar ways, being slower than his son. And he can be killed via Preta Path + Soul Rip/Totsuka.
As for the rest of the team, Darui and Cee are fodder to Sasori, Kakuzu and Konan, especially if Asura Path aids them with missiles/laser, and the Cerberus comes along. All it would take is a distraction similar to what Juugo pulled on A for Cee to get binded and blown up by Konan, Darui will follow not long after with Kakuzu's Katon/Fuuton combo.
