LOl, the way I read this... they would usually be seen as bad things.
My main problem with being Akatsuki is always being on the run and wanted and all that. That's just annoying. Would rather be able to have a home I can chill in. And I'm Hokage... surely I can hire lots of other people to do a lot of the paperwork and all that... I have an entire nation at my control. Besides I would have fun receiving letters about missions and working out who would be best to use for a mission. Only things I've got to worry about is people like Akatsuki members (like Oro and Pain) coming to assassinate me or destroy the whole village lol, and even then, I have lots of ninjas to help out and the fights would be fun.
Btw, the person who said Akatsuki's are all being used by Tobi/Nagato and Hokages can't be controlled... considering how the 4th Mizukage was controlled by Tobi and the 4th Kazekage was manipulated by Orochimaru, I would think it's very possible.
