Chapter 3: An Explosive Team!
I sat in my personal chamber. Across from me was my visitor, Madara. Menoly poured both of us tea before bowing and leaving.
"Well Madara, I must admit, from how you describe it, your world is quite fascinating. I never thought a world could exist where so many humans could have strange powers. In this world, an exceptional human is a rarity, and yet yours has powers I can not even fully wrap my head around," I said before sipping my tea.
"Your world is quite fascinating as well. A world where beings fight in the afterlife. Soul reapers and arrancar are rather interesting when it comes to mind," he replied as he waved his hand to show Loly that he did not want tea, she too left with Menoly.
"However, I am not quite understanding these 'tailed beasts.' Could you elaborate for me?" I asked.
"Tailed beasts are chakra monsters with incredible power. So much power that just one can level an army. The originate from the Juubi, a monster so powerful it was believed to have created our world. The Rikudo Sennin, father of Ninjutsu and god of all shinobi, sealed the tremendous beast within himself and became the first Jinchuriki. With that action his already incredible powers became beyond god-like. However, he knew that the beast would be freed upon his death, so he divided it into 9 creatures and scattered them across the world, then sealed the juubi away by trapping it in a ball of rock he created. This became our moon," he replied. "It is my goal to find and assemble all of these creatures back into the Juubi so I may bring about a new era in my world. I created Akatsuki for this purpose."
"That was the next thing I wondered about. That one that came to your aid. Tell me about him," I said.
"Nagato is my figurehead in Akatsuki. He serves as a leader in my stead, though he is possibly the mightiest shinobi living in our world. Nagato goes by the moniker 'Pain' as his goal in akatsuki is to use Pain to cure the world of warfare. Nagato is the most important strategic piece I possess," he replied.
"May I talk to him?" I requested.
"Very well, Come in Nagato," he said as my door opened and the orange haired man walked in. His gaze pierced my very being as if looking to find the tiniest weakness.
"So you are Nagato," I said.
"I am Pain," he said. His voice was stern and formidable. The orange haired girl from before also walked in and stood behind him.
"And who is that? She has your hair, piercings and eyes. Is she perhaps a relative of yours?" I asked.
"We are both Pain. Pain is an alias that denotes all of us," she replied with an equally stern but feminine voice.
"You say that as if it more then just two of you," I said as I sat up, becoming more interested in what I was being told.
"Pain is a team of six synchronized beings. All under the control of one indevidual," Madara added as he too stood up. "It is a power that originates from the Rikudo Sennin, a power Nagato came to possess by sharing the same eyes as the sage. The legendary Rinnegan."
"How interesting. Now that you have told me about your Akatsuki, I suppose it is only fair to tell you about one of my espada," I said as I snapped my fingers. Ulquiorra appeared behind me.
"Lord Aizen, you called for me?" he asked.
"Yes, I wished to show you to our guests. This is Ulquiorra, the 4th espada. The Espada are ranked from 10 to 1 in terms of power with 10 being the weakest and 1 being the strongest. Ulquiorra is one of my favorite Espada. He is greatly loyal and possibly the most obedient," I said as I looked at both Pain and Madara.
"Lord Aizen, May I speak?" Ulquiorra asked.
"Yes, go ahead," I replied, curious of what he had to say.
"Why exactly are you here? To my knowledge these tailed beasts do not exist in this world. What purpose do you have in being here?" He asked.
"Yes, I was going to get to that. Well one of our greatest spies had been keeping an eye on Naruto Uzumaki. The Jinchuriki of the 9 tailed fox, the mightiest of the tailed beasts. He is possibly one of the most important aspects of my plan. When Zetsu watched Naruto fall into a portal and the portal closed behind him, naturally we could not afford to lose him. So, I used my power to locate a similar portal, then taking Pain with me as backup, we entered the portal and appeared here," Madara replied.
"I see, well since we are here together, lets make a deal," I said.
"What kind of deal?"
"We both have objectives, and both of us could use a little extra help. How about we make a temporary alliance so we can both accomplish some goals. Once we are both satisfied, we cut our ties and then there are no more questions asked," I offered.
"I like the way you think. We can do better as a unified force. But if Akatsuki is involved, we fight our way."
"How is that?"
"Akatsuki operates in teams of two. Since we have one less akatsuki then you have Espada, you may assign two espada to work with Pain," Madara explained.
"I think we can arrange something," I said as we stood and prepared to plan out the finer details.

"So let me get this straight. This guy is from another dimension, and he is here because Kon broke your Senkaimon experiment?" I said as I stomped on Kon's fragile stuffed animal head.
"That's the long and short of it yes. But unfortunately for us the portal closed behind him, and shortly afterwards another portal closed. Based on how things are going, I am guessing once something passes through the portal, the portal closes. And that means there is only one portal left," Kisuke replied.
"So that shouldn't be too hard. Just find the portal and I can leave, right?" Naruto asked.
"Well it isn't quite that simple. You see, the portal hasn't opened yet. And I have no idea when it will open," Kisuke replied.
"So it could be quite some time before Naruto can return home," Uryu replied. "But my question is how can he see Ichigo and Rukia in soul reaper form when he is human?"
"It is possible that since the portal was spiritual in nature, that it could be allowing him to see things normal humans can't," Kisuke answered.
"But wait, if his portal only closed after he fell through, then that means..." Orihime began.
"Somebody else from that world has come over to this side," Chad finished.
"That or somebody from our side went over there," Rukia added.
"If that is the case then we might have some-" Kisuke began before Rukia's soul phone went off.
"Ichigo, it's a hollow," she said as she opened the phone, "no wait, that isn't just a hollow. It's an arrancar!" I got out my soul reaper badge and became a soul reaper.
"Stay here Naruto, we don't want you getting in trouble," I said as we ran out. We began jumping from rooftops as we made our way towards the opening garganta. But I heard footsteps coming from behind me. I turned around, and sure enough, there was the weirdly dressed Naruto taking up the rear. "Dumb-ass, I told you to stay behind!"
"Sorry, I am not the type to sit and do nothing!"
"I aughta-" I started before feeling an incredible spiritual pressure. I turned around and saw him. The blue hair, the white clothes, those piercing eyes and the jaw shaped mask fragment. "No...It can't be...Grimmjow."
"It's been awhile punk. But I am not alone either," he said as a flash of white passed me and flew straight towards Rukia.
"KATSU!" a strange voice yelled out, and what followed was a massive explosion.
