I think it would go this way:
Itachi takes on Danzo, logically, and defeats him
Kisame goes against Fourth Raikage, and he wins if they're quite distant using his final attack that becomes stronger absorbing the opponent's chakra, if they're close, Raikage defeats him with not so much difficulty due to his unbelievable speed
Deva Path alone is in great trouble with all of the opponents, he'd go against Mei, being her the arguably weakest Kage, but if he doesn't manage to defeat her with his first Shinra Tensei, thing that I really doubt, he is unguarded for 5 seconds, in which Mei can bomb him with lava and ice, and if Deva Path cannot manage to get close to her and have a battle in taijutsu, he loses
Deidara goes logically against Onoki, who beats him high diff
Kakuzu goes against Gaara, and all in all he can beat him, taking for granted that his Doton: Domu can resist Sand Burial. Kakuzu should have enough speed and strength to pass the Sand Shield.
So if we have Itachi, Kisame and Kakuzu against Onoki and Mei, Akatsuki wins regardless.
If it is Itachi and Kakuzu vs Onoki, Mei and the Raikage it's another story. Kakuzu gets casually blown away by the Raikage, but Itachi traps him in genjutsu and goes to face Mei and Onoki. Mei doesn't have anything to match Itachi, and she dies bad. Onoki loses as well after an hell of battle. Itachi is the only survivor but he needs someone to take him away, being exhausted
