I would like to know what your ranked list of Akatsuki members look like. For me, it goes like:
1. Itachi/Obito: It's hard to say which of the two are stronger; they're techniques and jutsu were completely different from each other, considering they both had Mangekyo Sharingans. On one hand, Itachi had an extremely powerful genjutsu, Tsukuyomi; a powerful offensive ninjutsu, Amaterasu; as well as one of the best defensive jutsu, Susano'o. On the other hand, Obito has the close-range Kamui, making him practically untouchable; he had control over several tailed beasts and Gedo Mazo; he also had a wide variety of other jutsu.
2. Pain: With the Rinnegan, Pain easily earns this spot for the next strongest Akatsuki member. With all 6 Paths of Pain, he has a wide field of vision, almost comparable to the Byakugan's field of vision. He also has the power of the So6P.
3. Kisame: Regarded as the Tailless Tailed Beast, Kisame has a vast quantity of chakra, allowing him to use Water Style techniques on a high level, comparable even to the 2nd Hokage. With Samehada, he has the ability to siphon a large amount of chakra from his opponent. He is even capable of merging with Samehada, increasing his power.
4. Kakuzu: The next spot has to go to this Kakuzu, the guy with five hearts, the guy who fought against Hashirama and lived at least a century later to tell the tale, and kill those he tell. Because of his five hearts, he is capable of using all five nature types with great power, even combining more than one for an even more powerful attack. The five hearts also make it hard for him to be killed.
5. Sasori: Because of his mastery of puppets, I believe Sasori is the 5th strongest Akatsuki member. Many of his weapons are coated in lethal poison, he wields the 3rd Kazekage, more than a hundred puppets, as well as himself, which is arguably his strongest puppet.
6. Deidara: Not my favorite Akatsuki member, but Deidara was definitely a formidable opponent. His explosive clay made it difficult for his opponents to win.
7. Konan: Her ability to control paper was definitely a unique skill, but she was one of the weakest Akatsuki members. Even though she was weaker than the aforementioned members, she still managed to corner Obito into using Izanagi to escape an impending death that even he would not have been able to escape.
8. Hidan: Because of his lack of a broad arsenal of techniques, Hidan can be considered the weakest Akatsuki member. Regardless of his lack of techniques, Hidan was still a dangerous opponent for anyone, considering his immortality and sacrifice technique.
9. Zetsu: In my opinion, Zetsu is the weakest Akatsuki member. Probably the most notable feat Zetsu has is pitting siblings against each other.

Tell me what your lists would look like, guys. I'm interested to know.
