So if she can use wood jutsu's that means either one of two things:
She was experimented on by Orochimaru [Which is basically impossible]
OR, Konan has some kind of relation with the Senju clan [Maybe not necessarily the 1st Hokage]

possible. but i was not referring to konan anyway. i was just arguing, i am not convinced YET that nagato is somehow related to 1st.

as far as i know, rasengan is shape manipulation technique of highest order. not nature manipulation. so any person who can truly control shape of chakra, shud do rasengan (although only 3 person can do it). but i will add one more person

its kakashi. who doesnt have wind element, but lightning. So 4th created rasengan doesnt necessarily indicate he is an wind element user. although i do believe 4th was windy, since naruto is windy. some kinda genetic stuff - i guess.
