I honestly believe that the Akatsuki guy could be related to Danzo...
It would make sense, he hates Sasuke for killing Itachi. Itachi killed the Uchiha clan under Danzo's orders. Or he could simply hate Sasuke for killing Danzo and be manipulating Shin into hating Sasuke for a different reason. But anyways, it could be a possibility that he is related to Danzo.
