look kishi has made akatsuki the powerfull organization .why not he will make akatsuki leader the outstanding ninja? yes he definitely made nagato the best ninja in naruto manga on par with madara ,hashirama and obito characters.
nagato,madara,hashirama and obito top four ninjas in naruto manga.sasuke and naruto will surpass them.
my words did not mean that all other ninjas are fodders,rest are in their own class and have outstanding capabilities .
when we made top tier list for example top 10 list, if someone do not qualifies for top 10 this does not mean they are fodders.and people consider them fodders who are not in top ten.
for example in the end of series,this will be my list of top 10
1- naruto and sasuke
2- obito
3- hashirama and madara
4- nagato , minato , tobirama and DSM kabuto
i dont count edos because ninja capabilities can only be measured through their living lifetime and how much famous they were.
now most of people will definitely oh,your list is wrong where is itachi,orochimari.hiruzen and others. this is the main problem of people.they will think that i am a itachi hater or etc.
