I would think that Chill Release is a Kekkei Tota, meaning she has both the atts of Water, Wind and another Element.

I'm a great tactician aswell, and i feel offended somewhat. :|

If it's like weights training she'll have to spend a month staying in Mt. Fuji. <-<

Scorch is a Kekkei Genkai owned by one person so far in Sunagakure. I would think it would oblitirate her Chill/Ice release if she uses both.
