Itachi never jumped to Tobi before so I think he wouldn't just jump at him no matter what happens but he sure would always stand to protect Konoha and most important his brother.

And Nagato wouldn't turn against Tobi as long as Tobi doesn't bring up his purposes to Nagato's ear. xd
They would just do fine if they were more solid helping each other.
Akatsuki's members shouldn't die bcuz they were all powerful, they just needed a little help from themselves (organization). And here is exactly where Kishi perform the troll-show. Also their deaths were unbelievable. :sy:
