Assuming the ftg tag is off of obito in this fight, he will get hit only if he is trying to warp. obito can also use izanagi for ten minutes so minato won't defeat him until time is up. Also, obito won't be dumb enough to take on a stronger version of minato when he can't take him in base, since that's the case, he will be alongside nagato to help him phase minato attack.

, so even if Obito wastes his MS for Izanagi, minato will still defeat him, since FTG is all he needs to take out obito, having BM just makes it much worse for Tobi here

during that time, Nagato and company get defeated by BM Minato,

Nagato can use preta path on tbb, so it's useless against him. Chibaku tensei and planetary devastation can harm minato if it's able to hit him before he activate ftg.

Preta path would take quite long to absorb something as large as a TBB, as during that time, minato can just attack him from behind and place a marking at nagato,, and once that happens nagato is done for,
not to mention that preta path absorbing TBB barrages is a pure no-limits-fallacy,

and Minato can just eradicate the core with TBB rather easily, he doesnt need FTG markings here at all, since he has the firepower to eradicate the core, and the durability that will let him tank the jutsu with ease,
