No Sage Mod or Extreme KG is allowed in clueding Glass or Water Technics. If you know grimmjow, then you'd think this unfair. But it isn't because his oppenent uses water for their main attack like he uses glass.
Those are the rules and that will be all. Now if grimm jow doesn't show up in an hour then he will be disqualified.
