This jutsu is primarily a defense jutsu without any damage points. It creates small pockets of air inside a gust of wind to either gather dust or sand on say a tree branch to make it harder to land on or the gather sand in the enemy's eyes which makes it harder to see and causes some pain. Now during my Raiton training, I deducted that this would be a great counter to Lightning Release: Lightning Surge. That jutsu channels raiton chakra through the ground in the form of an attack. The Dust Wind Technique has an elemental advantage of the jutsu and it disturbs the ground which acts as a medium for the Raiton jutsu. It would cancel it out and still go on due to the elemental advantage. Its a textbook counter and pretty much eliminates any reason to argue.

The Jutsu can also act as an distraction. Putting sand in the enemy's eyes is an immediate concern that must be taken care of or else they will lose a sensory organ and experience agonizing pain. While they are worrying about that. A shadow clone can come an attack. The user could too I guess. This can be taken a step further and done at the same time as another jutsu thus decreasing the amount of time the target has to clear their eyes.

Brilliant! Let's get going onto the next technique of D ranks. I can't really find pictures nor the videos when it comes to this jutsu. Basically by focusing futon chakra within their body user would release it whilst applying processes of both nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation as to generate wind and shape manipulation to create a spinning wall. This spinning wall of wind can only be made in short range from the user and can be used fot both offense and defence. You can incorporate it within the taijutsu or you can use it as to block kunais, shurikens or other projectiles that are coming your way. However there is one issue when it comes to this jutsu and that is that in case of either explosive tag or smoke bomb touching the spinning wall they'd get activataed automatically because of the sharpness that goes with this element. In this case, user can be damaged as well. So this is pretty much a sword with two edges.

It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Alrighty then.

I start to gather raw chakra in my chest. Once finished I apply nature transformation to it to turn it into a gaseous mimicking air. Then I exhale the fuuton chakra while applying shape manipulation. Unlike my last jutsu, I keep the fuuton chakra in close proximity of itself while spinning and condensing to creating sharp blades of wind. Before my eyes is a spinning razor sharp wall of wind. I observe it carefully while it runs out of energy and dissipates.

This jutsu has a bit more negatives than the other jutsus so I will start with those. The biggest one is that a stronger fuuton can blow it backwards without dissipating the Rumbling Wind Wall itself. That combined with the jutsu only being capable of short range is dangerous. The user will have to deal with the stronger fuuton and his own fuuton. This means simply trading off elemental with your oppnenent using this technique isnt advised. It should be used in combination with taijutsu. If the jutsu is used as a defense then it should be used when the opponents jutsu is at a distance that a fuuton can't be used shortly after to back it up or overcome the defense.

A positive is that it activates explosive tags. The explosion creates fire which will fuel off the fuuton and become even stronger. However this can also be used against the user.Smoke bombs also activate upon contact. The wind can be used to spread the smoke out faster. As mentioned earlier this jutsu can be used with taijutsu since it doesnt require handseals.

Lovely job, let's get going onto the next technique! For this next technique you will actually have to already be airborne. Once in mid-air you'll upon focusing futon chakra within your body release it from your mouth whilst applying processes of both nature and shape manipulation. Nature as to generate wind and shape manipulation as to form a stream at high speeds which will allow you to change your trajectory depending on how you position your body as to use it. Other use of this technique is by simply blowing wind upon the ground you would be capable of making a dust cloud rise which would both conceal your location at that time as well as movement. Do the same as above.

I apologize for not posting in a week+, but now I am back and ready to master the art of Fuuton!

I jump several meters into the air while gathering chakra in my lungs. As I go higher, I am simultaneously applying nature manipulation to change my gathered chakra into a gaseous state of wind. When I reach my peak height from my jump, I forcefully exhale the fuuton chakra from my mouth. As the fuuton chakra is exhaled from my mouth I make my opening in my mouth smaller to increase the pressure in which the fuuton escapes and I apply shape manipulation to keep the fuuton in the steady stream. I aim the stream at the ground. This causes me to move backwards as well as kick up a lot of dust.

Before anything, can this jutsu blow away Hidden Mist no Jutsu?

Anyhow this jutsu is a great supplementary. It works great with ninja like can fly like the Tsuchikages and my Mandalore Bio. Once they are flying they simply can't move out the way of techniques because of the rules on freeforming defenses against jutsu. This jutsu allow flyers to moves freely around in the air, dodge jutsus, and increase their speed in the air. Like the jutsu before this jutsu also kicks up dust. Correct me if I am wrong but this jutsu can also me used to extend katons? If a short range katon ignited the fuuton then the combination would have mid range capabilities. Generally speaking the jutsu will probabaly be used in linear form. Curving the path the user is moved it would require constant slight alterations of the users neck and head. This jutsu also leaves ones backside open for attacks if they don't see them.

The power of the wind might be able to blow the mist jutsu however that you can not do unless you so use it whilst you are mid air. This being said unless in case whereas you are in a situation where you position yourself airborne and so make it that the wind you released is faced towards the mist and/or ground which is ''hidden'' behind it you can not use this technique for such purpose. This can bring a lot of issues to be honest as well due to what the original purpose of it is.

By focusing their chakra into their upper body user would release it whilst applying both process of nature and shape manipulation. Application of nature manipulation would cause for chakra to gain properties of wind whereas the shape manipulation would create a stream. Whilst the said stream is hovering towards the intended target it would also pick up small participles from the earth such as rocks before hitting the person it was so sent towards to. Such technique can reach mid range and overall it is okey. Good thing is that the size of the stream is huge as per the description however I couldn't find the video of it.

Alright then. Thanks for the explanation.

Now I begin to mold and gather chakra in my upper body. Through nature manipulation, I change the properties of my raw chakra to match that of air. It transform into a transparent gaseous state. I then exhale the fuuton chakra through my mouth. As the fuuton chakra leaves my mouth I apply shape manipulation to keep it together in the form of a high pressure stream. The stream is powerful enough to lift a human into the air, as well as carry rocks toward them.

This jutsu isnt all that great, but the true power of a jutsu relies in the users ability to creatively use it. in my Doton training I learned the strong enough katon can turn dotons/earth materiel into molten magma/lava. If used with this jutsu, the fuuton can be ignited while carrying the rocks. The rocks would reach high temperatures and become molten while being hidden in the flames. Some cons of the technique are that it can really only be used on land. If it was used on water, it might be able to lift some water, but that would only serve as a distraction at best.

Due to me seeing that you are quite capable when it comes to the performing department, from now on just analyze each technique I so post unless I say so otherwise. This next technique to be honest is from one of my favorite episode from Naruto series. The time in which Jiraiya was sensei of Konan, Yahito as well as Nagato. This is actually Nagato's technique and the one he used so well which could have been seen in the video I so linked. The technique can be used on its own or in combination with smaller weapons such as kunais and/or shurikens which was the way Nagato used it. By clapping their hands together used would release previously gathered futon chakra from their body whilst applying processes of both nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation would cause for materialization of wind whereas shape manipulation for creation of a gale. The power of the gale would be so vast that it would be capable of easily knocking over a human despite its low rank. Which I said earlier when it comes to usage of smaller weapons in combination with this technique would just increase lethality of this technique which would be achieved via sending forth kunais and/or shurikens before performing this technique.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

This is a pretty good jutsu in my opinion. By itself it is pretty meh though. Knocking a person over is cool for a distraction or to create an opening, but there are better jutsu for that. Now as stated in the description the fuuton can be used in combination with ninja tools. Or better yet ninja tool jutsu like Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu. The fuuton can knock the target over while carrying a large barrage of ninja tools. It can be be a barrage of explosive kunais. The barrage of explosive kunai already will create a large explosion and now that large explosion is bigger because it feeds off the fuuton. With that being said, the fuuton works great with the Manipulate Tools ninjutsu as well. Another additional pro of the jutsu are that it requires a single clap and no hand seals. A con in my opinion is that it is a gust fuuton. I prefer the razor sharp fuutons as gusts are usually not lethal.

Hmm, interesting. Well, when it comes to me at least, I am fan of gusts due to their nature when it comes to combining them with elements such as fire and water. They'd enhance capabilities of such elements in a superior manner than one of sharp like nature. However each one have their use at specific times. This is rather a sheer preference towards one rather than the other. Good job either way, I believe we can continue on with the next technique.

The next jutsu is from the movie, hence why I can't find a video of it however I will provide you with a picture which I hope will be sufficient. Similar to the last technique, this technique is used with aid of smaller bladed weapons such as shurikens and/or kunais. Upon gathering futon chakra within their body user would release them into the weapon they so hold, distributing it evenly. With application of nature manipulation user would generate wind and with application of shape manipulation user would induce it as to envelop the weapons. The bladed weapons coated into wind chakra can be manipulated as to hover in a spinning manner as to attack intended target. Overall they can reach mid range.

This jutsu seems like a more limited version of Danzo Vacuum Blade jutsu. Which makes sense because it is a lower rank. It is a great enhancement jutsu. The description is very general as it says bladed weapons. So Demon Windmill Shurikens, a sword, or any other bladed ninja tools can be used. Of course the jutsu again would work good with the Shadow Clone Shuriken jutsu since the jutsu doesnt mention a numerical limit. Lastly this jutsu would work great with the blazing shuriken dance jutsu. Get some and infuse them with latent katon chakra, then use the fuuton rotating shuriken jutsu to coat them in fuuton chakra and through them. Next the user can mental ignite the shurikens with the katon chakra in them. The Katon will fuel off the fuuton and burn hotter and stronger. A D plus a C rank jutsu is a slightly stronger C rank jutsu I believe. A con of the jutsu would be trading the enhanced sharpness provided by the fuuton for an more intense flame.

Now for basic pros of the jutsu. This jutsu doesnt use and handseals and forces the opponent to use a jutsu to avoid what basically a freeform attack involving sharper than normal shuriken.

A con would be the fuuton making the shuriken more visible. If you look at the picture you provided, the shuriken by themselves sort of blend in with the forest. Now that they're covered in fuuton, theyre more visible. If you use a bigger bladed weapon, then it just becomes more visible.

Nice, interesting analyze of the technique. Would just like to mention that Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken requires you to constantly be fueling it with chakra in order to manipulate the bladed weapon's movement. By also taking into account that this technique has a mid-range reach, then make sure that if you combine it with Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu that the bladed weapons don't need to be sent to long range (since both techniques have a different range limit).

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

You gather wind chakra within yourself and perform 5 hand seals. You would then use your wind chakra to create a sudden and powerful gust. This gust can travel to long ranges, powerful enough to even knock down a large tree and it can potentially take down anything on your line of sight. There's also an alternative way of usage where you release a small blast that can be ignited with flames.

This is a pretty decent fuuton. It can be powerful enough to knock down a large tree and used with Katons. The best part about the jutsu is the amount of force it carries. The fuuton can be use to forcibly carry the target into a desired location. Of course this can be used with shadow clones and other jutsus to limit escape routes or even force the target to get swept along with the jutsu or use an escape route that is still favorable to the user. Because of the great force of the jutsu, it could also be used with Suitons. Suitons generally work by delivering heavy concussive physical trauma so the added force of this fuuton would increase the suitons power. That same could be said for a some doton jutsus. When ignited as a katon, ninja tools can be hidden in the flame as well. In generally this jutsu works great with pretty much every element besides raiton for obvious reasons.

The jutsu does require a somewhat large amount of handseals for a jutsu of its rank. This along with the power of the jutsu can limit its defensive capabilities if the user does specialize in fuuton.

Question: Can this jutsu carry trees created by C rank Mokuton or just D rank?

Noice Wind and Wood release are neutral to one another. So if a wood pillar was sent towards you and you use a wind technique of the same rank to counter it, then both techniques would cancel eachother out. So in the case of our Wind Release: Great Break Through, it would be capable of breaking C-Ranked mokuton trees, but the efforts required from the wind technique to break them would prevent it from sending the trees backwards (only neutralizes them). If Wind Release: Great Break Through was used against a D-Rank wood technique then it would be capable of breaking the mokuton trees aswell as sending them backwards to long range distances.

You shoot out a sphere of air from your mouth that blows your target and small objects around them backwards upon impact, which could potentially create some distance between yourself and your target if they were within short range.

Description: The user releases a gust of wind after forming the Ram handseal, that forms several small tornadoes. Combined with Fire Release: Running Fire that forms a circle on ground level, this creates a massive flaming hurricane.

This technique was shown to be combined with Fire Release: Running Fire in the first Naruto Movie. You start by creating small tornadoes around a target. These tornadoes will then clash together to create a larger hurricane. When used in combination with a fire technique, the technique will be strengthened as it turns into a massive flaming hurricane. Keep in mind that this technique can only be used at short range.

Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon is another manipulative fuuton. Basically it is best used to position your target. Whether you want to hit your target and move them or force them to dodge in a certain direction. Because it doesnt require handseals it can also be used to create space between the user and the target.

Wind Release: Divine Wind has bit more uses. It circles the target which means they have to you upwards or below. In addition to being able to be combined with katons, the jutsu could increase the the concussive force of typhoon suiton. A major weakness of this jutsu is its small range. Because of that the user has to be careful if they choose to use a katon. If the katon is too large then the jutsu can possible harm the target.

Yet another technique that was shown to be combined with Fire Release: Running Fire in the first Naruto Movie (the combo was used against Naruto when he was trapped inside an earth-made corridor). This one, however, is a projectile-type attack. So after performing the required handseals, you release a vortex of wind from your hands while aiming it at your target, pushing him back while giving him cuts.

(Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter

Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless. Depending on the users skill with Wind release and the amount of chakra spent, the technique can vary in strength to suit the users needs. Bios with Wind as their main specialty can defend from up to B-Rank techniques.

For normal users, this only allows them to defend against C-Rank and below wind techniques by releasing a slicing gust of wind that neutralizes it. If you have Wind release as your first speciality then it'll also allow you to defend against B-Rank wind techniques. It can only be used at short range so you'll just time the jutsu so that it'll clash with the enemy's wind technique once it is within your short range (0 to 5 meters from yourself).

(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to produce a cyclone of sharp winds and petals to attack their opponent.

After performing 3 hand seals, you create a cyclone that has the properties of sharpness added to the wind and petals that are blended in it as you manipulate the cyclone to be launched to violently hit your opponent.

(Fūton: Kami Oroshi) - Wind Release: Godly Wind From The Mountain

Pretty cool technique. It seems like a weaker version of that lightning oven biscuit jutsu combo the Anbu used during the Pain Konoha Retrieval Arc. By itself the jutsu isnt all that great. If a person were to specialize in fuuton then the jutsu would come in handy if cqc situations became unfavorable for the user. The jutsu could push the target away. When combo'd it can trap the target and roast them to death which is always good. It force the target to get creative about how they escape.

Personally I feel this jutsu isnt all that useful. If one want to counter a fuuton with a fuuton then any fuuton of equal and greater rank within in reason will do. Some of those jutsu also have more range than this jutsu which is just short range. Then again this jutsu has a few advantages. For one it does not require hand seals which is great for counter jutsus and it makes the fuuton harmless regardless of the jutsu I assume. For example say a c ranked fuuton jutsu that shoots multiple bullets wont effectively a big c ranked fuuton gust jutsu.

Also am I correct to assume this jutsu does not work on fuutons enhanced by flames/vice versa?

Jutsu seems basic. Its a mid ranged cyclone with petals that requires 3 hand seals. I personally would combine it with some flower ninjutsu or the genjutsu that involves petals. It will make it harder for the target to tell if this jutsu is real or not. If this jutsu is combined with Katon, the petal should also be incinerated. I dont think that would weaken the overal jutsu combo too much though.

Hellohello, my training methods are pretty simple; I tell you how to perform the technique and you can analyse it, same as what you've been doing. I see that you have a good pace going on so we'll go with 2 jutsus at a time and then to 3 later.

To start off, channel your wind chakra to your hand(s) and swing it towards your target. You would then unleash a sizeable wave of wind that has sharp, cutting properties.

For the next technique, you will need a sword but a bladed weapon should do the trick. With your weapon at hand, channel your wind chakra to it and swing it forward. Timing is important, because you'll need to release the your chakra mid swing to get the best results. The swing itself sends out a powerful whirlwind with sharp properties as you would imagine.

Sorry for the late reply.

The first jutsu seems similar to the kenjutsu that releases a wave of chakra. Instead this time it is fuuton chakra which is stronger than raw chakra and comes with its own advantages and disadvantages. Pretty basic jutsu that I would say is best used to create space between the user and the target.

I would say this is a great fuuton jutsu that could be used in a similar fashion frog kata. If the user misses their sword swing or perhaps even if it is blocked they can release the whirlwind which would be unexpected. If the the jutsu is used at a range then its basically like any other basic fuuton and carries the same weaknesses.

Some of the following few techniques requires a War Fan, for training purposes you can loan mine.

The next technique is pretty straight forward, with a fan channel your futon chakra to it and release it as you swing the weapon towards your opponent. With a of level shape manipulation, the technique creates a spinning disk similar to a windmill shuriken that is sent flying towards the opponent. Pretty handy attack.

For the second technique, we have a sort of mix bukijutsu/ninjutsu attack here. Begin by landing an uppercut strike using your war fan to send your opponent into the air. Take this opportunity to follow with a blast of wind from your fan, sending your opponent flying away.
