Perform Snake hand seal and focus raiton chakra either within your mouth or hand and then use nature and shape manipulation as to form a spear. The spear is even capable of pierce through the rocks although you have to keep in mind that strengths and weaknesses of element still have to be followed. Interesting to the technique is that with usage of shape manipulation you are capable of branching the main spear into multiple of smaller ones with which you are capable of attacking your target from different angles and thus make evading difficult.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

[Penguin]

Penguin begins to mold his physical and spiritual energies together in equal parts to form chakra. This chakra would have a raiton nature to it due to Penguin focusing on raiton's properties and qualities. As he does this, Penguin forms the snake hand seal and he channeled the chakra from his gullet up into his throat. Penguin, with the use of shape and nature manipulation, spit out the chakra and has it form an electrical spear of sorts. It branches out into four spears the spear into four trees. Favorite raiton jutsu. Wicked fast. Kakashi barely intercepted it with a sharingan and a raikiri. The advantages are it's speed and branching out abilities. The disadvantages are it's AoE, which isn't too huge. Other than that, it is pretty flawless.

Anyhow for the next technique firstly form raikiri within one of your hands. Once you have done so, split the raikiri into two as to cover both of your hands with it. Once in vicinity with my clone, perform a melee attack of sorts as you unleash the powerful lighting into her.

Penguin begins to mold his physical and spiritual energies together in equal parts to form chakra. This chakra would have a raiton nature to it due to Penguin focusing on raiton's properties and qualities. After he does this, Penguin channels his raiton chakra into his right hand and has the chakra coat itself around his hand. Using shape and nature manipulation, Penguin wills the chakra to turn into actual raiton. Penguin then splits the raikiri into two, one covering his left hand and one covering his right. Penguin then applies chakra to his feet as he dashes towards Akasha's doppelgänger, stabbing her in her lungs with both hands. Speed would be a fast to coat your hands, but it depends on how far away from your opponent you are. The advantages are that it enhances your CQC amazingly. But it has quite a few disadvantages. You need sharingan to prevent tunnel vision as well as you need to be good in CQC to effectively use this.

First thing I need for you to do is change the current weather by heating the atmospher and forming thunderclouds in the sky. You will do so by performing

And releasing in the sky 3 large dragon shaped fireballs. Once you have done so form a chidori within your hand which you are going to raise towards the skies. The chidori itself will help you out in controlling the lighting. Using nature and shape manipulation now form a lighting dragon within the sky. Direct the dragon as to hit my clone. The speed in which its mvoes is the same of an actual lighting bolt.

Keep in mind that for one to perform Kirin he needs to post both Kirin technique and Chidori technique in the move he uses it and thus have to spend two out of three moves.

[Penguin]

Penguin quickly begins molding a vast amount of his physical and spiritual energies together in perfect unison, causing a shit ton of chakra to flow within his body. Penguin then thinks about fire and it's properties, giving his chakra a fire nature. Penguin then forms the tiger hand seal as he exhales three bursts of chakra. Due to shape and nature manipulation, the fire chakra forms into dragon heads that explode in the air, causing storm clouds to form. Then Penguin begins to think about raiton and it's properties, causing his previously fire natured chakra to turn into a raiton natured one. He channels the raiton chakra into his right hand and using shape and nature manipulation, causes the raiton chakra to turn into electricity that coats his hand. As he does this, by the use of chakra, a dragon of electricity forms in the sky as Penguin brings down his hand with the chidori in it, pointing at Akasha's clone. The electrical dragon comes down and evaporates the clone. Very, very, very slow jutsu. The advantages are that it is the strongest S-rank raiton jutsu and it can bust any doton with ease. It is freaking huge too. Downsides are that is cannot be used in close range and it takes forever to perform.

Now a variation of Chidori. Firstly perform a chidori in each of your hands and as you do so clap your hands togheter. Once you do so, using nature and shape manipulation form a thunderbolt that will be unleashed from your hands. the power of it is so great that it can even leave a giant crater. This technique can not be used in short range of you as you can as well be hit by its explosion. It would be best if you had a height advantage in relation to your opponent.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Penguin begins to mold his physical and spiritual energies together to form chakra which would flow throughout his body. Penguin then begins to think about raiton and it's properties, causing the chakra to have a raiton nature to it. Penguin then channels the chakra into each hand and by using shape and nature manipulation, coat his hands in actual lightning. Penguin then claps his hands together and by using shape manipulation, a thunderbolt appears from the lightning covered hands and hits a tree about ten meters away from himself. This jutsu would be done pretty fast, but not too entirely fast. It would take time for the chidori to form, clap his hands, then the bolt traveling. A very slow fast or a fast medium. Advantages are it has great range and it has decent AoE since it leaves craters. The disadvantages are that it cannot be used in short range and I am not usually in the air.

Now Raikiri. This technique is similar to Chidori but unlike chidori it involves more shape manipulation. Perform three hand seals, Ox → Rabbit → Monkey, as you focus raiton chakra within one of your hands. Once finished with seals release the chakra as to envelop your hand with it. Using nature manipulation generate lighting and using shape manipulation as to form a probable mass. Because you don't have Kakashi bio it can only be used once you are in vicinity with your opponent. If you do however make a Kakashi bio you will be capable of infusing weapons with Raikiri.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

After thinking about raiton, Penguin performs the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals, as he channels the chakra into his right hand. Due to shape and nature manipulation, a coating of lightning forms around Penguins hand that generates shit tons of electricity. Penguin then thrusts his hands into a tree, shredding it to shit. The speed is a medium for myself, but super fast for Kakashi. The advantages are it enhances the CQC aspect of your game entirely. The bad part is you need sharingan for tunnel vision which leaves you open for attacks from the side, and I hate CQC all too much. Ya feel me?

Anyhow for the next technique perform a sequence of 4 hand seals, Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger and as you do so gather chakra within your body. Now release this chakra around your body as to completely envelop it with it whilst using shape manipulation. With usage of nature manipulation form lighting so so light that it is capable of blinding opponent. Now this jutsu is a good to be used as a decoy for activation of genjutsu.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

Penguin starts molding his physical and spiritual energies together to form chakra. As the chakra flows throughout his body, Penguin performs the Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger hand seals as he thinks about raiton and it's properties. Penguin then releases the raiton chakra around himself and due to shape and nature manipulation, causes a huge aura of light to envelop him, which blinds Akasha's clones. If I only had genjutsu. But anyways, this is done with medium speed or so. Advantages are that it is a perfect distraction and is used well with genjutsu. It doesn't hurt the opponent though. And if someone attacks while using this, you are in deep shit. Cause you couldn't defend and all.

Awesome! Now two variations of Chidori.

Firstly form chidori within one of your hands. As you do, point the palm forwards as you use shape manipulation unleashing the chakra into a 120 degrees blast of lighting that spreads outwards and towards your target. It's a pretty cool technique that can reach mid range.

For the next technique once again focus chidori within one of your hands. Once you do so use shape manipulation onto the chidori as to make a spear. Now you are capable of extending this spear up to mid range. Use the spear as to impale and hurtle my clone into the air. Once you do so fuel more chakra into the spear, increasing its potency and generating an electric explosion at the end of the spear.

The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

[Penguin]

Penguin quickly molds his physical and spiritual energies together to form chakra within himself. While he makes chakra, Penguin begins to ponder on raiton and it's properties, causing his chakra to take a raiton nature to it. Penguin then channels his raiton chakra into his right hand, and by using shape and nature manipulation, causes a chidori to form. Penguin then points his hand at his opponent and by using shape and nature manipulation, a blast of raiton about 120 degrees zaps your clone. This would be done really fast in my opinion. Advantages are it's speed, it's range, and it's power. Disadvantages are almost non-existent. It requires no hand seals and all that, but it takes up quite the amount of chakra.

Penguin then uses the left over chakra from his next technique to channel it into his right hand again. He uses shape and nature manipulation to coat his right hand in raiton, forming a chidori of sorts. Penguin then begins to dash at the clone of Akasha and by using shape and nature manipulation, causes a spear of chidori to blow through Akasha's clone. Then Penguin lifts his arm causing the clone to go into the air with the spear, and by focusing more chakra into the spear, causes an explosion at the end of the spear. This jutsu is fast. The advantages are this jutsu is really fast, and it is strong as well. Plus it has good range. The downside is you need precision to hit your opponent. Other than that, nothing else is too bad.

Now with two of you standing next to each other, I want for both of you to form lighting cutter in opposite hands to one another. As you do so both use shape manipulation as to make the two lighting cutters connect togheter as to form a chain.

Oh another one of me? Handsome, smart, energetic...the whole package! The clone of Penguin forms a lightning cutter in his hand as Penguin begins creating chakra by molding his spiritual and physical energies. After this is done, Penguin begins to think of raiton and it's properties, giving his chakra a raiton nature to it. Penguin then channels the raiton chakra into his hand, and coats his whole hand with it via shape and nature manipulation. This causes the chakra to form into actual lightning, which connects with the clones lightning cutter, via more shape manipulation. The two beautiful men then run as if they were frolicking in the field, until they accidently cut down a tree. NOOOOOO! That was like the forty-third tree we killed. The advantages to this are it enhances CQC in a way, and it is very complex and hard to dodge. The downside is you need to create a clone to do this, which I cannot do. But it is performed relatively fast.
