Have no fear, Penguin is here! I will kill that rock with my Chidori Sharp Spear! :T_T: I am too good. U_U Penguin begins molding chakra by combining his physical and spiritual energies together. After that happens, Penguin thinks about raiton's properties. It was quick, deadly, and sharp. The violent element they call it. This, in turn, turned his chakra into a raiton nature. Penguin then clapped his hands together and wiggled his fingers intricately to where they formed four hand seals. Penguin then releases the raiton chakra in front of him self and uses nature and shape manipulation to form thin but very sharp discs out of the raiton. The discs cut the clone to shit, totally severing most of the clone.

Then Penguin saw that rock. So Mr. Rock, you have been bullying Akasha-senpai eh? Get ready to get penetrated by meh! After gathering chakra by combining his spiritual and physical energies, he gives his chakra a raiton nature by thinking about raiton's properties. Then Penguin, again, slaps his hands together and wiggles his fingers to form eleven hand seals. After completing the hand seals, Penguin channels the chakra into his right hand. Penguin then releases the chakra and uses shape and nature manipulation to form a coating of raiton around it. Penguin then charges at the rock, and lunges with his right hand, penetrating it and killing it. FOR AKASHA-SENPAIIIIIII.

Well, I would use that first jutsu as an opener in most cases. So many discs that it would cause the opponent to lose focus of yourself, leaving them open for more attacks. If not as an opener
I think it is a real neat jutsu and is done relatively fast, bar the hand seals. I'd give it a medium speed. And as for the second technique, it is kinda cool but not my favorite. It's variants are better than the original jutsu, too many hand seals, and you need to get ridiculously close to actually use this jutsu unless you are defending against a raiton: gian or something. The advantages are that it can kill relatively easy, has great cutting potential, and has a lot of great variants. The bad side is you need to get into CQC, and people can still evade the hand thrust. I would use it by blocking some raiton attacks or finishing off opponents in a bad ass way. Possibly touching a water source with this to suicide against a higher level opponent. Speed is slow.

Fire of all take hold of a shuriken and firstly focus raiton chakra within the hand which is holding the shuriken. Once there channel chakra further into the shuriken whilst using nature and shape manipulation and making chakra flow around shuriken taking a bluish hue. Shuriken which you threw is capable of reaching mid range.

Now Nagashi! One awesome jutsu isn't it? Capable of releasing Genjutsu of B rank and bellow. It was made by Uchiha Sasuke. For performance of Nagashi one has to firstly gather raiton chakra with in his whole body and then either release it as an omnidirectional attack whilst using nature and a little bit of shape manipulation. Other usage is upon gathering chakra within ones whole body to focus it to one of the hands with which the user of the technique is going to touch the medium and channel it throughout it. If you were to use it as a short ranged attack sent through ground, it would be of greater scale. Whilst if you were to channel it through the ground from your point to where your opponent is standing it would go rather liner. Choose one of the ways to perform and do so. To mention also, Nagashi has great numbing effects to it. It doesn't make damage if used on its own unless it has been charged into a weapon but its numbing effects are of great scale.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Penguin pulls out a shuriken from his ninja pouch and begins gathering chakra. He does this by combining his physical and spiritual energies together and molding them. He also thinks about raiton's nature and it's properties, giving Penguin's chakra a raiton nature. He then channels the raiton chakra into the shuriken as he throws it, and by using shape and nature manipulation, coats the shuriken in a blue aura with electrical properties. The shuriken hits a tree and slices through it like butter. With the left over chakra from his previous attack, Penguin channels the raiton chakra throughout his whole body. Once his whole body has raiton chakra flowing through it, he starts releasing the chakra. While releasing the raiton chakra, Penguin uses shape and nature manipulation to turn the raiton chakra into actual unfocused raiton that streams out in an omnidirectional surge with many different electrical bolts going in many different directions. The speed to that shuriken jutsu is incredibly fast, and I would defend by using almost any wind jutsu, using a jutsu that lets me move my position, etc. Personally I would use wind shock blade. The speed of Nagashi is insane as well. It is ridiculously fast in my opinion. The advantages are it's speed, diversity, being able to cancel out genjutsu as well as defend from other techniques, and being able to channel it through weapons. The disadvantage is that it is unfocused raiton, and that it can only reach short range unless you are channeling it through something. But it ain't so bad, still a great jutsu. But in other news, what do we do with the Fuukage, Akasha-chwaaaaaaaaaan?

Penguin then begins to think about raiton's qualities, which gives his chakra a raiton nature. As Penguin does this, he claps his hands together and wiggles his fingers to form three hand seals. This causes the raiton chakra to channel into the center of both his palms. Penguin then slams his hands on the ground, releasing the raiton chakra in his palms. By using shape and nature manipulation, Penguin turns the raiton chakra into a bolt of electricity that heads towards Akasha's clone through the ground. The bolt was triangular shaped, with the tip facing Akasha's clone. It then zapps the shit outta her. Hmmm that is neat. But why a triangle? Ah, who cares. The speed is overall a medium. Just because of the hand seals. Otherwise it would be a fast ranked jutsu. I would use this jutsu in conjunction with Doton: Yomi Numa or Hiding in Mist no Jutsu. The bolt could travel through the mud as your opponent sinks, or you could hide the bolt in the mist by obscuring your opponent's vision.

Penguin starts molding his physical and spiritual energies together, to start forming chakra. As the chakra was forming, Penguin thought of three things. Speed, power, and sharpness. Three of raiton's main properties. This gave Penguin's chakra a raiton nature, and it flowed throughout Penguin's body. He quickly channeled the raiton chakra into his right hand, and by using shape and nature manipulation, caused a blue coating of energy to form around his right hand. Then the energy turned into electricity that crackled into chirps. Penguin then swings his hand down, and by releasing some of the raiton and forming it into senbon, caused some chidori senbon to get stuck into the ground.

This jutsu is ridiculously fast. It requires no hand seals and all you need to do is wave your hand in the direction you want the senbon going into. Not bad at all. How would I defend against it though? I would use the "near instantaneous" water pillar if we are in close range, or possibly the same technique to counteract the chidori senbon with my own. Maybe a land altering jutsu as their jutsu is being performed. Maybe even a very quick fuuton jutsu.

Penguin molds his spiritual and physical energies together to form chakra. As the chakra flows throughout his body, he thinks about raiton's properties and qualities. As he does this, the chakra inside of him gains a raiton nature to it. Penguin then channels the raiton chakra into his right hand and releases it. As he does this, the raiton chakra by his hand would form a ball of lightning due to nature and shape manipulation. I gotta catch em all senpai! Penguin then throws the ball of raiton at the clone, using shape manipulation at the end to cause the ball to expand in size. The lightning explosion totally wiped out the clone. Advantages are that you can actually throw this if need be, it is quick to perform, and you can make it expand at the end which will catch most people off guard. Disadvantages are that you must focus on the ball to expand it, meaning you cannot perform other techniques. I would rate this technique as fast in my opinion.

You don't really need to focus onto ball to expand. It's a projectile based technique. Once you throw it and it gets in contact with your target it will explode.



Perform sequence which consists of 4 hand seals. Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger and release the chakra in the ground around your opponent. As you do so, make sixteen pillars emerge around opponent forming a giant cubic oven with which you'll trap your enemy. Use it on my clone. It's kinda of a weird jutsu as it seems more of a earth based one then lighting one.

It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

After his chakra gains a raiton nature to it, Penguin quickly strings together four hand seals and sends his chakra into the ground under a clone. Using shape manipulation, Penguin causes sixteen pillars to raise from the ground. These pillars are so close together, it appears as if the clone is trapped in an oven of some sort.

I think the speed would be medium or so. I would use this to trap my opponent, then set myself up for other combos such as the katon that goes after this. Or maybe even a huge raiton that would break the oven and continue towards the opponent.

This is one variation of Chidori. it's quite good and it can reach mid reach. Unlike others, this variation of chidori is more solid and it has greater cutting capabilities. Similar to other variations, this one as well will have numbing properties. Interesting to this jutsu is that you are capable of splitting the single blade into multiple once it gets into contact with opponent. So form chidori within one of your hands and as you've done so use shape manipulation on it. With usage of shape manipulation make lighting chakra extend forming a blade that can reach up to 10 meters in lenght. If you wish to, use shape manipulation on it once again once it reaches my clone as to make the single blade split into multiple and thus make more damage.

He then channels this chakra into his hands as he thinks about raiton and it's properties. After that is done, he begins to use shape and nature manipulation to cause the raiton chakra to coat his hands in electricity, forming a chidori. Penguin begins to use shape manipulation to turn the chidori into an eight meter long spear of solid raiton with great cutting abilities. The spear grows and grows until it hits a kage bunshin of Akasha, then by using more shape manipulation, Penguin causes the chidori sharp spear to branch out in an omnidirectional, with six different spears. Anything in the two meter radius would be electrocuted to shit.

I have a feeling this would be done pretty fast, but isn't the fastest technique ever since you need to make the chidori first. As for your second question, I would use this if my opponent had made a crap ton of clones since this would kill them all Lol.

Gather raiton chakra within your body before releasing it around you. Using nature and shape manipulation form a lighting dragon head that can act as both defense and offense. Now one is capable of sending the dragon head towards opponent and if it even misses the opponent, the lighting is capable of jumping from the vortex as to hit the target.

Penguin begins molding his physical and spiritual energies together until they mold together to form chakra. He then begins thinking about raiton and it's properties. This gives his chakra a raiton nature as it flows through his body. This raiton chakra is released and formed around his body, then forms the shape of a dragon's head that is actually a whirling vortex of electricity. This is done via shape and nature manipulation. The speed would be pretty fast in my opinion. No hand seals or anything. The advantages are that this jutsu defends against most earth jutsu. Plus it defends against omnidirectional attack since it covers the whole body. The disadvantages are that if you stand on a water source while doing this, you wouldn't end up too well.

Penguin takes a stance and begins to mold his physical and spiritual energies. This ends up causing chakra to flow throughout Penguin's body as he thinks about raiton and it's properties. The chakra within himself now has a raiton nature and then Penguin flashes the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals before slamming his hand on the ground. With shape and nature manipulation, he releases the chakra into the ground below Akasha's doppelgänger, and moments later it erupts in a column of electricity. The speed would be about a medium, a slow medium to me. The advantages are that it surrounds the opponent in electricity, not making escape easy. Plus you slam your hands on the ground, which can be exploited to defend attacks aimed for your head. The disadvantages are it's speed and it can only be used if the ground is solid earth.
