Penguin grips the sword Akasha-senpai threw him with his right hand and unsheathes it. Penguin holds the sword in a regular manner, and the sword's point would be facing the sky. Penguin then meditates as he molds his physical and spiritual energies together to form chakra. Penguin then thinks of his last raiton jutsu and how it felt on his arm, making his hairs raise due to the static. This, in turn, makes his chakra have a raiton nature to it. He then channels the chakra into his right hand. Penguin then raises his arm so the sword goes higher towards the sky, and his chakra is channeled simultaneously into his sword. Penguin then releases the chakra and by using shape and nature manipulation, the chakra comes out as bolts of electricity that go into the sky. The scenery becomes dreary and dark clouds form, then out of nowhere, a single thunderbolt comes crashing down and incinerates a tree. That was.....shocking. Hahaha, well anyways. I would probably use this at the start of battle because due to the rules of combat, my opponent cannot interrupt my first move. I might use this move if I had a mist up to prevent my opponent from seeing my attack, and if they couldn't see it, they would undoubtedly get hit. I would rate the speed as medium to be honest. Raising your sword, channeling chakra throughout it, clouds forming, then a single bolt of lightning coming down takes time ya know?

Yeah I'd rate it as mid speed as well. Opponent as he sees your rising your hand and discharging lighting will have time to think and react. Anyhow nice job once again.

Now onto the next jutsu:



So we are now onto Four-Pillar Bind,I think you heard of this technique before. Anyhow start gathering chakra within your body as you start with performance of hand seals. Firstly perform Ram,then Boar, then Dog, then Hare hand seal. As you finish up with gathering chakra I'd like for you channel it into your feet. Once there I'd like for you channel it further into the ground around my clone. As you do so,using nature and shape manipulation make 4 big pillars to erupt around her. As you finished up with that once again gather raiton chakra within your body and release it into sections as you use nature and shape manipulation for pillars to unleash a barrage of lighting bolts, currents and shocks.

I sure have heard of this. It is a pretty neat technique. Penguin begins to mold his physical and spiritual energies together, balancing them out and combining them to form chakra. This chakra has a raiton nature to it because Penguin thought about the raiton jutsus he has learned so far and their properties. While Penguin forms the hand seals, the raiton chakra is channeled to his feet, all the way down into the earth, around Akasha-senpai's kage bunshin. The chakra, coupled with shape and nature manipulation, cause four big pillars to rise out of the ground on each of Akasha's sides: north, south, east, and west. I then release one more spurt of raiton chakra into the pillars and then pure raiton comes out of them, toasting the bunshin. Some advantages to this technique is that it can work on people and summons as well, the sound from the raiton would mask the sound of other attacks, this paralyzes the enemy, and the pillars can rise through C-rank earth without being overpowered. Plus the range is intense. The disadvantages to this jutsu are the time it takes to make the pillars rise up, hand seals forming, and all that other jack. If you break even one pillar, the jutsu should be disrupted but this is just a guess. I would rate the jutsu as in slow, but not super slow.

Nahh,you have to break all 4 pillars to stop from lighting happening, as every single one of pillars is actually discharging its own lighting bolts/surges and similar.

Now onto the next jutsu:



Although in the video it is shown that he is streaming water from his mouth and at the same time performing hand seals as to release this jutsu you can't use it that way unless you have a clone,ally,summoning,KKG that allows it or ability to use two different elements at the same time or anything for that matter that can perform water jutsus for you to use it that way.

Anyhow perform required hand seals Rabbit, followed by Dog, followed by Boar, followed by Ram, followed by Rat as you gather raiton chakra within your body. Now once you finish up with performance of hand seals I want you to focus that chakra within the center of both of your right and left hand before releasing it. Once focused there release the chakra as you use nature and a little bit of shape manipulation as to generate large amount of unfocused lighting from your hands.

Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

Oh this technique seems cool! Penguin takes a stance and starts molding chakra. He does this by combining his spiritual and physical energies to an even ratio. He thinks of raiton and it's fast, cutting properties as he molds the chakra, so that his chakra has a raiton nature to it. He then channels the chakra into his hands. Now for the hard part... Penguin claps his hands together and intertwines his fingers in such a way that he forms the Rabbit, Dog, Boar, Ram, and Rat hand seals. He then extends his hands and by using shape and nature manipulation, shoots out an abundance of lightning. You would get the most out of this technique by using it in conjunction with a suiton technique. This would be good with suiton, steel, or even rain jutsu to an extent. Possibly even katon if you time it right since the raiton passes through the katon without the opponent knowing. I would rate this as medium speed. What about you Akasha-senpai?

Myself included,5 hand seals which takes some time but lighting itself travels pretty fast.

Gather raiton chakra within your body before focusing it into the center of both your left and right palm. Once focused into your hands, release the chakra as you use nature and shape manipulation as to envelop your hands into lighting and slam your hands onto the ground. Once your hands enveloped into lighting touch the ground I'd like for you to channel lighting further, as you use shape manipulation to send an electric current through the earth that will with great speed reach opponent. Once this current is close to your opponent you'll be able to use shape manipulation once again as to split it into multiple tendrils with which you can either attack bigger number of targets or attack single target from more then a single side.

That is a flashy little technique. Penguin takes a stance and starts molding chakra. This happens when Penguin combines his physical and spiritual energies together in equal parts. After making the chakra, Penguin focuses on his raiton training and all the techniques he learned. This caused his chakra to have a raiton chakra nature to it. He then channeled the chakra into each hand, right in the center of them. Using nature and shape manipulation, Penguin's hands envelop in lightning. He then slams his hands on the ground, he uses more shape manipulation to form a current of electricity. Suddenly, the current breaks apart into two currents, each hitting a tree. Snazzy. The advantages are that it can break into multiple currents, the range it has, it's speed, and the fact it attacks from below which people are not used to. The disadvantages are that it uses the ground as a medium as the ground can be a dangerous place to use this technique on. Plus slamming your hands on the ground can be bad if someone turned the ground into a swamp or spikes. I would rate this as fast.

I'd rate is as medium z.z firstly envelop your hands with lighting then having to slam your hands onto the ground and release the lighting. Surely lighting quickly comes to opponent but when it comes to performance it takes some time.

Ah I see what you mean. Penguin takes a stance, and starts gathering chakra. He does this by combining his physical and spiritual energies in parts, evenly balanced. After this is done, chakra starts flowing through him. As the chakra flows within him, Penguin thinks of raiton's properties. It was fast, sharp, and hot. This gave his chakra a raiton nature. Penguin then channeled the raiton chakra through his right hand, which was extended in the air at this point. As this happens, Penguin starts letting the chakra leak out of him, enveloping his hand in raiton chakra. He then uses shape and nature manipulation to turn the chakra into actual electricity that crackles around his hand. Penguin then releases the raiton and uses shape manipulation to turn it into a lightning bolt that skewers a tree. The jutsu is pretty fast which is good. You could hit a suiton jutsu or a water source with this and it would help empower the water. It can reach up to mid range which is alright. This jutsu is actually pretty basic. The disadvantages are that it's easy to see and counter. It may be quick, but there are a bunch of fuuton jutsu you can use to get into long range or simply counter this jutsu. It is disturbingly average in my opinion. I would rate it as fast, or a very high medium.

A whip? Hmm I can think of a few ways to use this...oh you mean in battle. Never mind. Penguin starts gathering chakra again. This consists of gathering physical and spiritual energy and molding them together. As the chakra flows throughout his body, Penguin thinks of the raiton jutsu he just did and what it did to the tree. The sizzling and crackles of the electricity filled his mind and changed his chakra to a raiton nature. He then channels the chakra into both palms. Using shape and nature manipulation, he turns the chakra into an actual raiton rope of sorts. The rope was long and slender. Penguin then slashes horizontally with the whip, cutting a tree in two. Hmm this can be pretty neat. But it seems like a bad version of the water dragon whip and less useful. Anyways, this rope can reach into mid range which is unexpected. It is relatively quick to create. It can enhanced my CQC abilities as well. But unfortunately this jutsu causes you to use both your hands, leaving you vulnerable. There are better jutsu in the suiton section that are the same rank. I just don't envision myself using this jutsu that much, if at all. I would rate this as a medium speed from making it, swinging, and hitting my target with it.

Penguin then releases the chakra and uses more shape manipulation to form the sphere into a dog that runs towards a tree in a zigzag manner.

Penguin starts gathering chakra by molding his spiritual and physical energies together. He molded them in equal parts, creating chakra that flows throughout his whole body. He then starts to think about the crackling electricity he created from the dog he just made. This gives his chakra a raiton nature. Penguin channels the chakra into his mouth, and releases the chakra. The chakra forms a spear of lightning via shape and nature manipulation. As the spear heads towards the tree, Penguin forces the lightning to split in half, with both halves destroying the tree.

The advantages and disadvantages for Lightning Beast Running Jutsu are simple. It is a fast jutsu and the dog can be used to move in very awkward patterns. The dog can be used to move all the way around someone, taking their attention off you and on the dog. You can control the dog with the leash. The disadvantages are that you cannot use other jutsu whilst this jutsu is active. You are vulnerable to suiton while this jutsu is active, as someone can change the battlefield into suiton and you wouldn't have time to dispel this jutsu. It also leaves you vulnerable to attacks from above. I would rate it as fast, or on the higher side of medium.

Now for Raiton: Gian, I am very comfortable with. I would first use a huge katon to distract my opponents, then use this jutsu to hit my opponent through the katon since the katon wouldn't affect my raiton and vice versa. Or hit the water my opponent is standing on. This jutsu is noted for it's speed, so I would say very fast.

Now this one is lighting one. What I want for you to do is gather and mold raiton chakra within your body. Once you finish up with doing so start to release this chakra. Using nature manipulation you'd generate actual lighting and whilst thinking about how you look as well as what your features are use shape manipulation to form an exact replica of yourself.

Now one interesting jutsu. Take the sword I've given you a while back and gather raiton chakra within your body and than focus it within the hand with which you are holding the sword. Upon doing so release the chakra through the sword, equally distributing it. This will increase vibrating frequency of the sword and give it more cutting powers.

I have learned the Mizu clone, but that's it. Penguin starts gathering chakra. He does this by molding his physical and spiritual energies in equal parts, molding them together until charkra is circulating throughout his whole body. He then thinks about the Raiton: Gian. It was sharp, crackled, and seared that tree like no ones business. This gave his chakra raiton properties. As Penguin gathers all the chakra, he starts releasing it a meter away from himself. Using nature manipulation, the chakra forms actual lightning and by using shape manipulation, the lightning takes the exact form of Penguin. Using the rest of the chakra Penguin gathered, Penguin grabs his sword Akasha-senpai gave him. Penguin channeled the chakra into the sword, equally distributing the chakra all over the sword. By using nature manipulation, the chakra forms a lightning coat over the sword, giving it amazing cutting ability. Let's test it out, hmm? Penguin speeds over to his clone and horizontally swings, cutting his clone in half. The clone's lightning then becomes unfocused and paralyzes Penguin for a bit, shocking the shit outta him.

Uggggggh. Well, I would throw a couple smoke bombs down or divert my opponent's attention from myself then make this clone here. I would then hide myself before my opponent could find me via henge no jutsu, turning into a rock or something. The clone would enter CQC and shock the shit outta my opponent like it did to me. I would rate it as very fast.

Now the advantages of the sword jutsu are that it makes the sword super sharp. I am assuming if I coat my sword in the raiton, I can also smack away some jutsu with my sword covered in the raiton. The downside is I hate kenjutsu, and that jutsu is mainly used for kenjutsu experts. But it is really fast to use, so it would come in handy. I just don't like it that much.

Gather raiton chakra within your body and then focus it within one of your hands as you raise it up towards the sky. Then release the electrical discharge into the sky as you use nature and shape manipulation. (Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique

This jutsu is pretty similar to the jutsu we've already went through that goes by name (Raiton: Ikazuchi no Kiba) - Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning. Unlike that jutsu, this one allows only discharging of a single lighting bolt. Tell me speed of performance when it comes to this jutus.

Take two large shurikens within your hands as you focus chakra within your body. Once you gathered enough chakra release it into shurikens as you use nature and shape manipulation to form lighting. Now release the shurikens towards my clones as you keep an connection with shurikens through out a electrical cable.

(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

Penguin starts molding his chakra by combining his physical and spiritual energies together in parts. Once the chakra is formed, Penguin ponders on raiton's properties, giving his chakra a raiton nature. After he does this, he forms the ram hand seal. He then channels the raiton chakra into his right hand as he extends it towards the sky. The chakra is released from his hand and turns into a bolt of raiton using shape and nature manipulation, which causes an electrical discharge to come down and shock a tree. This seems like a medium/medium high level technique. I would rate it fast but you must send electricity to the air which gives someone time to think.

Penguin grabs a Windmill Shuriken with each hand, gripping them in the center. He then starts gathering chakra by molding his physical and spiritual energies together. Once molded, Penguin thinks about the properties of raiton, and this gives his chakra a raiton nature to it. He then channels the raiton chakra into the shuriken as he jumps in the air and spins, to get momentum, and then he throws the shuriken. As he throws the shuriken, he uses shape and nature manipulation to coat the shuriken in actual electricity and due to a cable, he keeps it going until it cuts straight through a tree. The advantage is the cutting properties of raiton. It can also cause water to be electrocuted, and this jutsu could be used as a distraction. The only bad thing is about this jutsu is that there is a literal cable. People can notice that and just cut it, ruining the jutsu.

Now the first technique has an interesting color. Unlike other raiton jutsus, this one is of purple color. I'd like for you to gather raiton chakra within your body before focusing it into either your right or left hand. Once you do so release the chakra. By using nature manipulation you'll generate lighting which will upon leaving your body gain a purple hue, and by using shape manipulation you'd form a current.

Using nature manipulation you'd generate lighting and by using shape manipulation you'd form a sphere around you. Now this sphere has some nice characteristics to it but keeping the sphere active will cost 5 chakra each turn and it can be active up to 3 moves.

( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

Penguin then releases the chakra and by using shape and nature manipulation causes the chakra to form a current that shocks and pushes back a tree. Was...was my body purple? Anyways, I would use this if someone got too close to me or if they were using a Doton: Domu type of attack. It would be fun shocking them to death. Hehe! Oh, and it is really fast. One of the fast techniques in raiton.

Penguin does the same thing as before. He kneads chakra by combining his spiritual and physical energies together. Penguin then uses the sphere to discharge electricity at a tree, completely annihilating it. The advantages of this jutsu are that it defends against most doton attacks. I bet you could touch a suiton jutsu with this activated and electrolyze it without getting shocked to death. Plus you can use this as an attack after defending against a B-rank doton or C-rank attacks besides wind. The downside is you can only use raiton while this is active and it drains chakra. Plus it is only usable for three turns. Other than that, it is great. It seems relatively fast. Like really fast haha! And I would use it for defending against doton then sending the electrical discharge from the shield, which would only be one move. Then I can spam as many jutsu as I want! :T_T:

Now last B ranked technique. It's a pretty nice technique. I want for you to upon gathering raiton chakra within your body release it whilst using nature and shape manipulation to form a greatly compressed orb of lighting chakra. Once this orb is levitating use shape manipulation on it once again so it starts to release a continous rain of lighting bolts. Now these bolts are shot omnidirectional in short range of the orb which means they can effect and hurt you as well.

Penguin starts combining his physical and spiritual energies together. After they are combined in equal parts, Penguin feels chakra flow throughout him. Penguin then started focusing on raiton properties. It's fast, and powerful abilities caused Penguin's chakra to have a raiton nature. Penguin then starts using nature and shape manipulation to form a ball of compressed raiton and sends it up into the air. Penguin then uses more shape manipulation to cause bolts of lightning to rain down from the orb, hitting many trees. The advantages to this jutsu is that it has quite the range too it. I mean anything within mid range of that orb is toast. That is neat. It is pretty quick too, so that is a plus. This would definitely keep an opponent on the defensive. The bad part is that you need to make the orb then send it into the sky, not just make the orb high in the air. That means it would take some time, but not a big deal. Each bolt of lightning is not B-ranked, thus the more bolts, the weaker they are. I would give it a medium speed, maybe a high medium. What would you say Akasha-senpai?

For the first technique, perform sequence which consists of 4 hand seals. Firstly perform Monkey hand seal, then Ox, then Boar and finishing hand seal should be Tiger one. As you do so gather raiton chakra within your body before you release it from it. By using nature manipulation you'd generate lighting and with the usage of shape manipulation you'd form disks which are going to reach my clone with great speed.

And now probably long awaited jutsu. Chidori! Perform a sequence of 11 hand seals. Firstly Ox hand seal, then Rabbit, then Monkey, then Dragon, then Rat, then Bird, then Ox, then Snake, then Dog, then Tiger and finish of this sequence with performance of Monkey hand seal. As you do so focus raiton chakra within one of your hands. Once there release the chakra whilst using nature manipulation to generate lighting and a little bit of shape manipulation as to make this unfocused lighting flow around your hand. Then once you do so quickly run at the rock near by as to break it!!! KILL IT!
