Thank you Akasha-senapi! This jutsu seems kind of neat I guess. Penguin begins forming chakra by combining his spiritual and physical energies. As he does this, he ponders on lightning and it's loudness. It's shocking qualities, and it's high frequency vibrations. This turns his chakra into a raiton quality chakra. He then covers his whole body in this raiton chakra and uses shape and nature manipulation to turn the chakra into actual raiton that acts as a beautiful coat. The biggest disadvantage of this jutsu is that it requires you to constantly channel chakra into the armor, which doesn't let you use other techniques whilst this one is still active. Other than that, it seems like a decent counter to some doton techniques.

Not just doton jutsus but also projectile techniques,kunais,shurikens as well as taijutsu attacks. One more big disadvantage when it comes to this jutsu is that you are pretty much a water target. You're vulnerable to any kind of water attack which can end up lethal depending on how it is used against you.

So pretty much gather chakra within your body as you start with performance of hand seals. Firstly Snake hand seal,then Upside down Tiger and in the end you put your hands clapped together as you start following my clone. Once you finish up with performance of hand seals as well as gathering enough chakra, send the chakra into the cliff as to make rock dislodged as to rain down onto my clone.

This is a pretty location based jutsu. Note me Advantages and Disadvantages of this jutsu as well as speed of perfomance.
Penguin stares in amazement as a cliff has shown up. Holy hell, you made a cliff appear! Such wow. Much amaze. Penguin begins forming chakra as he blends his two different energies together and ponders on lightning and it's properties turning his chakra into raiton chakra. He then forms three hand seals with the last hand seal clapping his hand together, Penguin exerts the chakra into the cliff. The chakra turns into electricity and as it hits the cliff, rocks are dislodged and come down, crushing Akasha's clone. Some advantages for this jutsu are that the opponent may think you initially missed your raiton attack, so the rocks coming down come as a surprise. And that is about it for advantages. The disadvantages are you need a cliff to use this, it takes a while due to the hand seals, the rocks take time to fall, and it just seems long. The speed is slow. Hand seals, rocks falling. It just takes forever.

So,so,so,so,so once again gather raiton chakra within your body and then focus it into one of your hands as you rise it in front of you as if you were holding a sword of sorts. Once chakra is focused into the hand, you'll start to release it. Now as you are releasing this chakra you'll use nature manipulation as to generate lighting with a pale yellow color to it. As you are releasing this chakra and using nature manipulation you'll as well use shape manipulation as to form a horn that spreads out.

Oh this is awkward. Don't make fun of me... Penguin combines his spiritual and physical energies to make chakra, and changed the chakra's properties to raiton as he imagined lightning and the crackles of it. He then channels the chakra into his arm and he bends his arm out in front of himself as if it were a sword. Penguin then releases the chakra and uses shape and nature manipulation to turn the chakra into a pale, yellow lightning that turns into a horn of sparks which hits an imaginary clone. Penguin then makes cool sounds effects. Honk honk! Oh, wait wrong horn. The speed actually seems pretty fast. No hand seals, longest part about the jutsu is shape manipulation which doesn't take so long. So I would rate it fast. I would use this jutsu in battle by waiting for my opponent to use kage bunshin, then throwing the clones off balance with a custom or a jutsu the shakes the ground, then using this to destroy the clones and the original.

Intriguing o-o' It's kinda good especially because you can attack more then single target with it. Which gives great advantages to it. And yeah,speed of this jutsu is great. In matter of seconds you can make an AOE attack. Although it won't take much damage.

Anyhow as you take a hold of the sword you'll gather chakra within your body before focusing it into the hand which is holding the sword. Once focused within the hand which is holding the sword you'll channel it further into the sword as to make it levitate and make its power greater. Once your sword is in the air,you'll use shape manipulation onto the chakra within it as to make two exact copies of it. One to the left and one to the right of the sword. Once that has been done,once again you'll manipulate chakra as to make swords spin rapidly before you aim my clone with them. For you to be able to control the direction in which swords are moving tho you'll have to make hand gestures.

Oh that is actually kind of neat. Penguin gathers his spiritual and physical energies within himself and balances them out with each other to form chakra. He thinks of lightning's strengths and weaknesses, about it's power, and it's destruction. This gives his chakra a type of nature, a raiton type. He then grabs the sword Akasha-senpai threw him. He channels the chakra into his sword and the sword starts levitating. Two exact copies are made and the swords start spinning really fast and with a hand gesture speed toward a clone. The clone is torn to bits by the swords. The advantages of this jutsu are that the swords can travel pretty far, there are three of them so even if they block one or two, one can hit them, hand gestures move the sword which is neat. Some disadvantages are that it requires you to keep focus on it so no spamming techniques while this is being used, and someone can disrupt your focus with a flash bomb or other ninja tools. The speed should be pretty solid on this technique. I mean you have to make two copies of the sword, but there are no hand seals and the swords seem pretty quick.

I'd rate it at medium speed tho. I mean firstly channel chakra within the sword and then let it levitate,as you make it levitate create two clones of it which can make damage. Once they are created you have to make them spin and then release them towards your target. Opponent will have plenty of time to react to them. Although speed in which they reach opponent is pretty neat o-o'
Don't forget to note shape manipulation z.z but nonetheless nice job.
Again gather chakra within one of your hands,because you are ambidextrous >_>,you can do it in whichever. Once you focus your chakra,I'd like for you to release it. As you are releasing chakra you will use nature manipulation generating lighting and shape manipulation as to form electrical bolts around your forearm. Once you do so,you will crutch down as to slam your hand onto the ground as you release the chakra into the ground,manipulation it once again to become discharged all around you in radius which biggest distance is 5 meters.

I would use this technique if my opponent had multiple allies surrounding me, or any kind of summoning bar boss summons. I would definitely not use this on water though. I ain't about getting electrocuted.

Nup I note when you need to write adv/disadv.. There are similar jutsus z.z so not truly needed for every jutsu imo.
Useful against earth techniques used in vicinity to you. Also in CQC fights.

Disadvantages would be not being able to use techniques while using this, it cannot be manipulated further but only as a wall. The speed is fast considering people use it to stop CQC specialist, even if it requires a hand seal.

Yeah it's a pretty cool jutsu,isn't it? Also being an AOE attack because of its size. What I like when it comes to this jutsu is especially the thing that you are able to see through it. Because of that trait, your opponent shouldn't be able to use anything without you noticing it. If he wants to create a clone or go underground, you'll be able to keep an eye on him and thus unable him to do so. Also it's cool against earth techniques that are coming your way because you can easily push them back by creating this doom. The speed of it is superb.

I will try my best not to disappoint you again senpai. Penguin closes his eyes and takes a stance where his feet are shoulder width apart and starts concentrating on his spiritual and physical energies. As he does this, he combines them, one part spiritual energy and one part physical energy. As he does this, chakra starts building up inside of himself. Penguin then focuses on all the raiton jutsu he has done so far. Fields of electrical energy, currents of voltage, all being able to kill someone with the right use. This gives his chakra a raiton nature to it. He then channels all the raiton chakra into his right hand. As Penguin does this, he twists his body and extends his fight arm, delivering a solid punch to a fake clone. As the fist is moving toward it's target, Penguin gives the chakra actual raiton properties via nature manipulation and uses shape manipulation to make the lightning form a sphere around his fist to coat it. As the punch hit's the invisible clone, he releases the lightning and it causes an electrical explosion that would only harm the clone. I personally love taijutsu, so this would be a very cool jutsu to use. I would punch through many doton techniques now, and my taijutsu is that much more lethal with this in my arsenal. The lightning can also cause a last second explosion that would most definitely paralyze or kill my opponent. I am pretty sure this would also be helpful for opponent's underground trying to rise up and catch me off guard due to this jutsu's speed. A couple down falls to this jutsu are that it can be dodged free form due to it being taijutsu related. You must make contact with the punch for the raiton to take affect on the opponent. You also need full control of your arms to use this jutsu, so if you have broken arms this wouldn't help all too much. This jutsu is actually pretty fast. Also when it comes to this jutsu and its disadvantages one more thing that I would add is that you'll be pretty vulnerable to water. Your hand covered in lighting would make you so.

Firstly take a hold of that weapon that I already tossed you as you start to gather raiton chakra within your body. Once you finish up with gathering chakra within your body I'd like for you to focus it into the hand which is holding the sword as you raise that arm towards the sky. Once your chakra reaches that hand I'd like for you to channel it further into the sword equally distributing it throughout it. As you finish up with that I want you to release chakra into the sky as you use nature as well as shape manipulation sending electrical discharges. Once the lighting reaches the sky tho,it will create a gloomy scenery. Then trigger lighting strikes as to burn down my clone by using shape manipulation once again.
