Well, for starters why don't you tell me everything you know about the fire element. How is it produced and what is it capable of? In what states can it be released and which elements are either strong or weak against the fire element and how does fire interact with those element when making contact with them?

well for starters i do know that it is the basic element mostly used by the uchiha clan, and so thats why i assume they call it the land of fire,
Jutsus related to Fire element are usually storing the molded chakra in your chest cavity and heating it and releasing it through the mouth and then what happens is the complete combustion of chakra, (thats what i infer from sasuke's flash back when his dad taught him fireball jutsu..)
I believe its capable of whatever happens when you shoot a flamethrower.. XD what i mean to say is that their attacks are usually mid to long range attacks, and can burn you severely through direct contact, their jutsu can also be in written form to be used in tools like explosive tags.
Fire increases its strength when it is in contact with wind as wind can provide air supply which means oxygen can help it burn better, and obviously it can easily be extinguished by water unless a really high grade fire technique is used against a low grade water technique whichin case can then the water to steam by evaporating it.

Not bad u-u as for what you said about wind. Fire is only empowered by wind when it's blowing into the fire from behind speeding it up while the oxygen fuels it making it stronger. When wind faces fire head on it doesn't empower the fire but instead slightly weakens it, though less than any other element would. For example, when an A-Rank fire technique clashes with an A-Rank wind technique a B-Rank fire technique remains.
Now, before we proceed with the techniques you have to mold your fire chakra for the first time. To do this you have to use chakra papers. [Throws a bundle to you] Place one piece of paper inbetween your palms and send your chakra into it and while doing so focus solely on the properties of the fire element and block out any other thoughts. If you pull it off correctly you would notice the paper burning up and you will have to hang on to that feeling when molding your fire chakra in the beginning.. eventually it will be like riding a bike.

I concentrate and mold chakra in my lungs and start to super heat it and i slowly chanelit towards my fingers which are holding the paper, while doing so i feel the burning sensation of my chakra ready to burn..
As I channel it to my fingers i keep concentrating on the vivid image of fire produced due to combustion. As they enter the paper i feel superheated chakra overflowing making my fingers quite hot and carefully divert it straight to the paper.
Hmm.. that'll do! Let's proceed with the first fire technique.
Okay lets do it!
I start to mold chakra in my lungs while simultaneously inhaling a large amount of oxygen and knead it with my chakra.
And then i start to super heat my oxygen infused chakra and channel it to my mouth in which I shape my lips in an O shape in order to shape the bits of Chakra into ball.
After this I exhale vigorously and the chakra infused with oxygen begins to burn and the resulting combustion creates 5 balls spread over an area of radius 5 metres thus creating the technique

Very good ^^ now I want you to analyze the technique you have just performed. Tell me anything you might think of when you read the description and what it is capable of aswell as some pros and cons which come with using this technique.
This jutsu's description is quite vague but I understand that you have to store chakra while inhaling air and superheat it in the lungs so as to make it ready for combustion.
after exhation it helps us to create fireballs due to the spontaneous combustion of ball shaped chakra created with O shaped lips..
this jutsu as you explained is dependant on the exhalaing intensity of the user, so I itas advisable to keep it within a range of 5 meters since it only creates a limited number of fireball..
Moving on:
Infuse several shuriken with your fire chakra by channeling it into them. Then throw the shuriken towards your target and while they approach your target manipulate the chakra residing within each shuriken to ignite creating fire clad shuriken which would deal extra damage through the burning aspect of fire. Once again a pretty simple technique but the addition of fire is nice for the extra damage and all.

I start infusing fire element chakra into the shuriken similar to the way i did with the chakra paper.
I channel the superheated chakra from lungs to fingertips into a shuriken and i imagine it with molded chakra which is heated to such a level that even if i add a little bit more chakra to it even from a distance i can make it spontaneously cause combustion making an explosion.
And so after concentrating on the shuriken for a while i throw it with great force and i suddenly add chakra to it such that it bursts into flames. And later on i practice it with several other shuriken..
I see that this technique is quite advantageous against users who don't have powerful doujutsu like sharingan and my byakugan which can sense and see chakra within the shuriken.. un aware of the dangers the opponent may just evade it but i can explode it this causing damage to him or her...
either way I can have the upper hand unless the opponentcompletely moves away such that it is outside the explosion radius
I can also throw them in the ground and the opponent may also be unaware of the dangers and can use the ground like a minefield..
Thats how I can take advantage of this jutsu U_U
Although it also depends on how well you control your chakra output..
ut you see.. as a hyuuga who is trained in jyuuken.. that part would be a breeze...
The shuriken don't "explode" they are simply coated in fire inflicting small burns alongside the damage caused by the shuriken.

Next;
Perform the hand seals [Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger] and upon forming the final seal expel your fire chakra from your mouth and as you do so turn it into a gaseous state creating a highly flammable gas. This would explode when it comes in contact with open flames and damage anyone caught within it.

I began to concentrate fire elemental chakra in my chest and compressed it to manipulate it into a ball while simultaneously inhaling Air and it is kneaded with my chakra. I exhale vigorously with my mouth in 'O' shaped form so as to make it into a ball and I ignite it creating a small but powerful ball of fire.
Thus doing the Jutsu:

I begin to concentrate and knead oxygen with fire elemental chakra like I always do and I super-heat to the level that even when a small amount of heat caused by combustion comes in contact with the gas (basically my chakra kneaded with oxygen) it creates a fireball. While doing this I simultaneously perform the hand seals [Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger]. After concentrating it in my chest I channel it towards my mouth and blow gas (once again, my chakra kneaded with oxygen), Then i get away and I perform:
With just one shuriken, I activate it's ignition, thus causing a fireball in the gas created earlier, Thus performing the jutsu:
This Jutsu is quite strategic and can use it during battle as a trap, where i can mislead an opponent into the mist and inflict damage with the fireball. It can be used in combination too, like using the shuriken dance, hitting the enemy and igniting the shuriken and also due to it's ignition, Fireball will also be caused due to the Mist Blaze Dance Technique, Thus causing double damage.
"One Question Sensei... Can I use my 8 Trigrams: Rotation, and use Fire Chakra and ignite it around my Rotation making it a fire styled rotation inflicting more damage as well as more radius to my rotation?

No, you cannot. You would have to create a custom technique to do so but any variants of that have already been made.

Note: Your chakra is built up in your stomach where the center of your chakra system is located, you don't have to channel it to your lungs everytime you use a fire technique. Unless it's expelled from the mouth ofcourse.

Then I concentrate it again and repeat the technique but this time channeling through my hands and I wava them around and I ignite the chakra I release creating Fire streams from my Hands!
I like this one, It helps in my Jyuuken ^^
As the description says, its a more powerful technique than the previous fireball techniques I've learnt and can also aid in Taijutsu by extending my melee range and damage by adding fire streams as I wave my limbs to attack.

I build up chakra and knead it with oxygen while simultaneously performing the hand seals [Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger] and then channel it to my mouth and spew out a huge amount of chakra in the form of a huge Fireball and aim it towards a tree in close range which pretty much incinerates the whole tree due to the high amount of chakra spewed and kneaded with Oxygen thus successfully performing :
"I can see the fellow Uchihas are experts of this jutsu and thats what Sasuke learns when his dad teaches him during the flash back....
Its quite a powerful technique which incinerates everything in its range but weakens when extended towards mid range but still cause severe burns to the opponent.. Thats all I can about this one
