He's not exactly a *****. He's just confuse in the beginning. IMO, that's how a real person would react in his situation. He's a pretty realistic character if you ask me.

That's right, there has to be a curve until he becomes accustomed to the new world he is in.

My favorite character for the moment is Uta though

Only other series I read is AoT, which has a better plot but worse art compared to AgS. I also started Tokyo Ghoul, which is leagues above AgS.
