I think Akamaru can neg Sakura low diff since Akamaru can spin Sakura to thousand death pieces. Akamaru can just eat Sakura alive since Sakura can do nothin against Akamaru. Her punch will sunk into his fur and nothin will happen.
If Sakura manage somehow to summon Katsuya, i think the game will start from there. But Akamaru can just using his holy pi$$ that negged Sakon & Ukon low diff and pi$$ on both of them to death. Sakura almost died vs a tiny amount of acid from Kaguya dimension, there is no way she and Katsuya can endured the holy pi$$. Even in real life, you just need to piss on part of stone to get rid of slug.
