Is there any similarity between the manga and the anime at any point, besides the characters, because I saw the anime and it was bad, like bad-bad, couldn't get past 5 episodes but the manga seem to follow a completly different story line, at least upto ch-9, upto where it wasn't really interesting at all, just typicall manga stuff,

Speaking of which is there a manga where the main character isnt a handsom/sexy teenager who just gets some powers some day for reasons and now must join with some people to do stuff, you know like Fullmetal-Alchemist, or even death not(cause they already had the intelligence), and please no stuff like fairy tail(or tale, whatever),

To sum it up, akame ga kill, does it get better? (the manga) and do you know some good other manga like the ones mentioned(FA, DN)

The anime suddenly outpaced the manga and spoiled everything in it. Now we know what will happen in the manga because of the shitty anime.
The animations were good though!

Yes they skipped some parts of the manga (and i don't blame them for that) but they did an anime ending and they skipped Wild Hunt(At least i didn't get to see that clown).

The anime for the most part solidly followed the anime up to roughly episode 18-19. After that sequence the story bascially skips through the next arc, and then goes and does its own thing.

Manga isn't much better... Author seems to be trying to wrap things up, and ass pulls galore are sure to follow.

I personally think the manga's way better than the anime. If it doesn't get you hooked after a few chapters though, then you probably won't enjoy it. It's a shame though, because I heard the manga's gonna end soon, and in a manner similar to the anime z_z

Honestly the anime is okay however is goes away from the manga and skips things. Some small things early on, but then it skips entire fights, deaths, reworks the deaths to be different, and then tries to tie it back to the manga. Anime also is ahead of the manga, seems like 2-4 chapters at that, and this is a monthly manga so...

So I would say it's better to read the manga and then watch the anime, however if you don't care about some of the details mentioned above then just watch the anime.
