Obviously the former win. After all, both parties are two of the strongest characters in their respective verse, and given that knowledge + the comparison of both verses in terms of overall strength/power, it's almost near impossible for the former to lose.

Whyis this even a debate, we have seen that Madara's susano'o, even in the ribcage stage, fodderizes magma......So Madara > Akainu.
Hashirama can REGENERATE remember and....
