Seems like a lot of ppl are getting off with the insanity plea (I.E Casey Anthony) even when the evidence is stacked against them. Thoughts?

Shouldn't be like that tho, you got people who mistakenly go to jail on accident, waste their life to rot and then get out 10 years later. This guy (like Anthony) had immeasurable evidence stacked against him yet gets off because he pleas insanity? Guy was a PhD grad
