Not yet he was sentenced to spend 80,000 years in some under ground prison, but I hope he comes back the fight between him and ichigo was too short, and he's probably around 850.

It all depends. Also how big of a threat he was?? I'd give him about a 9,000/10,000 Ichigo would of been dead already. The attack he did to Aizen not only did it took a ton of power from Ichigo but litterally took his powers away and turned him into a human again with no powers. But if he wasn't sealed everyone would of been dead by now.

It was 20,000 years. But in all honestly I don't see the point in releasing him, it's not like he's gonna change or anything.
