well seeing as how aizen didn't care if his espada's died or not, maybe he used them to find out all of the captains bankais so he could get others to steal them? how else would the sternritters know the limits to their bankais? aizen prolly told them. if he can plan ichigo's path from birth im pretty sure he hasn't screwed up yet and his plan is just to get ichigo stronger and stronger again. since he has fullbring and shinigami form combined now (new bankai = new limits)

can't see that being right at all.

My best guess was all the info was left in hueco mundo which is why the quincy launched an attack there first.

My guess would be a spy...has informed them perhaps Uryu or his father...but why would Aizen refuse Juha's help if they were working together.

This. Remember Bach fought with Yama and the Reapers a long time before these events. Plus he seemed to know about Aizen, so he definitely had intelligence on those battles as well.
