Hyogaku Aizen can't use the hypnosis so i'd say Shinigami Aizen can use it

given the fact that Aizen can "feed" Gremmy whatever "reality" he sees fit, and the latter will imagine whatever would work for the given situation, the shinigami wins (if he can release his shikai).

It was said that for Kyoka Suigetsu to work Aizen first must do ritual and that ritual must be seen by opponent (all the captains seen the ritual, that's why KS worked against them in FKT). On the other hand for example Ichigo didn't saw ritual, so KS was useless against him, same goes for Isshin, Yoruichi and Urahara, they never saw the ritual so Aizen couldn't put them in Hypnosis. And Hyogaku Aizen only fought against Isshin, Urahara, Yoruichi, Ichigo (people who didn't saw the ritual).
Also, Gin prevented Aizen for using Kyoka Suigetsu when Hyogaku Aizen already was in his third form.

He doesn't need the zanpakuto anymore.

actually its the other way round...........shinigami aizen is more dangerous than hogyoku aizen..shinigami aizen is cautious and calculative however hogyoku aizen is too cocky and overconfident...more llikely to slip up

If Gremmy has vollstanding he is god...kenpachi must have bankai then or his shikai ability will be very strong he also has his eye patch on aswell...I wonder if someone will come help kenpachi?.

Anyway i got aizen winning for now....

I feel like Gremmy is more haxed, but Aizen would find a way. I wouldnt be suprised if Aizen gets one shotted either...

Depends on how much intel they know about each other. Though I think Aizen has the advantage since all he has to do is make Gremmy panic/doubt to win.

Gremmy has already shown that his own power is a double-edged sword and if he has the slightest doubt, he'll imagine himself to death. Azien is a quick learner and to top that off, has great skill in playing mind-games.
