Aizen beats everyone but at juha bach in not sure how he would do ill say tie without yama bankai.

Aizen kills them all even without shikai. He was the strongest captain beside yamamoto. Aizen admitted yama was the only one he was wary of in terms of power and aizen is very realistic and grounded fighter as he is not someone to to think he is stronger when that's false. Aizen owns the quincies baad. Even juha with ryujin jakka if he has time time to release his shikai and he probably have bankai

Still Juha said he had the Reitsu to hold his bankai, and since Aizen said he'd lose to Yama 1v1 I say he still beats Aizen. His Blut Vene probably keeps him from any of Aizen's attacks
