i feel like aizen will escape and follow juha bach's route to soul king. Aizen wanted to kill the soul kill, and now he has a way to get inside his castle

Aizen will have role in this arc, it was stated by Kubo himself. So he will be back, we also need to see his backstory, he already turn down offer from Yhwach, so i think that after he escape from muken (there is possibility that he is already out) will be independent and that would make three side war. Aizen with his allies (other prisoners from muken), SR and G13. I also think that his final fight in war and series will be against Urahara, at the same time when Ichigo will confirm Yhwach.

About Tier Harribel, i do not know. She is still alive, but why?
Yhwach captured her, but why he didn't kill her, could she keep her alive, just to have a trophy (he made HM, his territory), or could Tier have hidden potential, just like Zaraki and other SWP, which i found very unlikely.
Kubo said in the omake, that it will be hard for her to escape from Silbern during the war, so there is a chance that we will not see her fighting in this war.

Aizen will return and probably make his appearance during Yhwach's fight with Ichigo. As for Harribel, she will most likely come back with Grimmjow.

Aizen has been smashing Harribel ever since they've both been off panel... they're some freaks... Aizen didn't even take her chains off... I know her coochie is sore by now... all creamin' and shiet... face down, azz up is where you'll find Harribel... ain't that right Aizen?!?!
