Here's the situation Ichigo was wondering about right after he defeated Aizen:

Do you believe that the Hyogyoku actually rejected Aizen and took all his granted powers away? (Urahara's Theory)

Or do you actually think that the Hyogyoku finally understood Aizen's deepest desire to lose his powers and granted him that wish? (Ichigo's theory)

nope Hyogyoku rejected him ,Aizen never wanted to lose ,losing wasn't even possible in his mind he completely forgot the so called "losing" therefore i really doubt it.........
