Radagast The Brown was born in the centre of the village of Sungakure. Having been born of council members of the village (or so he thought), Radagast had a fairly comfortable childhood. He grew up and progressed at the same pace as his peers, never showing greater skill or capability as others had. However, despite his average skill and growth in the ninja arts, he always found himself distanced from other people his age and instead found comfort in animals. He enjoyed their presence as they enjoyed his, he found serenity. His parents did not understand this part of him, nor did they attempt to. Several times, he was forced to kill pets he had owned, by his parents, as they attempted to make him distance himself from animals and become a ninja who would not feel guilt when doing what was required of him. This was something so small and insignificant for others, but traumatizing for Radagast. For years to come, those moments would haunt him. Finally, he had become strong enough to survive on his own. He no longer needed nor yearned for for the approval of his parents and his village.
As he left his village, he felt no regret, no anger, just peace. He saw woods in the distance, away from what appeared to be a never ending land of sand. With him, as he left, he took a camel. The camel was merely to be used as a travelling companion, something which he could put all his things on so he was not weighed down. Knowing camels can last for long periods of time without needing water, it was the perfect animal to use to cross the desert. Unknowingly, the animal would have it's freedom too. Come the time Radagast enters the forest, he had planned on releasing the beast, no longer would it have to work in conditions which would kill any other animal.
After a couple of days of walking, he'd enter the forest he turned to see he was followed by Sunagakure anbu. They stopped him in his tracks and explained someone like him could not just be released. He did not understand, but before he could question it, a battle ensued. He managed to take them both down through some difficulty, and because they were attempting to fight without killing him. As he trapped one and asked what he meant, he explained he was from a clan which were destroyed long ago, a clan of fishmen. Angered and confused, Radagast knocked the man out and continued on his journey.

A cool breeze would sweep by as he set foot into what he could only describe as the Garden of Eden. Home, he thought to himself. It was perfect. After years of living in the forest, he had become accustomed to life without people. A life where he found food within the land itself. This was to be interrupted by endless war, a war which continuously destroyed the land, sometimes even his home.
As he grew older, he hated mankind more and more. His skills with Wind and Earth allowed him to hide with nature when bandits and ninjas alike came too close to the haven he had created. He'd disappear with the wind itself, or hide within the very Earth those looking for him walked on. Living this life of solitude, he became acquainted with the animals and wildlife around. Due to this, he accidentally gained a pet camel.
Camels weren't common in the forest, but this one had came with him from Suna. He had sent it back several months ago, but it got lost in the woods and ended up coming back to where Radagast was. Seeing this as a sign, he decided to keep it with him, feeding it and keeping it as a pet. He named the camel Kura. After several more years, Radagast came across someone who was leading a group of ninjas, forming a group made up of a select handful of people. He became attached to some of these members and decided to follow them. Upon further explanation and insepection, he found that their meeting was planned by a higher power. These men were from a clan he was supposedly supposed to come from. He'd follow them to check whether or not his speculations were correct.
Following them, he'd practice a new form of martial arts known as Fishman Karate. But this training was to come at a much later time, once he had gained their trust and approval.

The group of men were strong and fabled. Although normally he steered away from human interaction, he had found something special to keep to. He could not help himself but join. After joining he headed to Kirigakure, to start a new life and see how things would go if he attempted to lead a different type of life. Going with him was of course his trusty camel Kura who had now learned to communicate with Radagast throw grunts, bodily movements amongst other things.
This interaction was just between the two of them and nobody else could understand, it worked similarly to how Akumaru could talk to Kiba. Of course the camel is in no way involved in battle, and cannot attack or aid in attacking. It's merely used as a companion or something to ride on when long journeys are faced. Being a member of the Gyojin clan, he shares some basic abilities related to their genetic traits, such as: their incredible physical abilities (about 2 times stronger and 1.5 times faster than a regular human), a naturally occurring mucoprotein (common to fish) that is both a protection against bacterial infections but also a natural insulator, the ability to breathe underwater, an uncommon resistance to D-rank and under water techniques, and finally incredible swimming speed.
