OP was talking about a thread about hyuuga's destroying chakra /w their abilities, but I never saw one revolving around Air Palm, so I assumed he misread Jyuken=/=airpalm
On that note I weirdly think that they actually classified Air Palm as apart of the Gentle Fist. Or something weird like that anyway..

It does internal damage, of course the effects won't be visible. What were you expecting?

Whether or not it was Kaguya is irrelevant. The point is is that Air Wall Palm, being a Gentle Fist Technique, can destroy Chakra, and that was shown with Kaguya, and Kaguya's Vacuum Attack is nothing more than a beefed up Air Palm.

Air palm is an fn gentle fist technique it hits a vital spot from a distance. What i can make out of it is mid to long range internal damage plus pressure. Kisame absorbs chakra, at that time it hasnt been revealed yet i think.
Make your title Air palm is jyuuken plus pressure air (imagine a chakra expelled so fast it creates enough pressure to knock back even a juubi tail which isn't any form of damage whatsoever)

Kishi confirmed in the DB that Neji struck the enemy's (kisame) vital spot . so he was damaged but the damage was internal, and it wasn't illustrated well in the Manga, we can assume that he was feeling pain, but Kisame can really shrug it off easily

Also comparing Kaguya's palm to neji/hinata palm is like comparing Sasuke's ribcage susanoo to Madara's Perfect Susanoo. Just because its the same attack doesn't mean they are equal lol.
Also you forget that Kaguya's abilities are impowered by Senjutsu making them much more powerful
Also Kisame doesn't absorb chakra only his sword(unless merged) and based off this image he took a direct hit and later recovered his sword.

And hirudora actually has a feat of taking out(not simply pushing back) soosano, where is the equivalent of air palm for anyone to make conclusion that it can do the same? it does not exist
He was referring to air palm specifically. it has no destructive feats, none at all.
Irrelevant as if he was truly damaged internally, he would not be able to move as much, let alone nonchalantly pick up his sword like nothing even happened. not to mention he made no statement. i mean you do not even realize that with your assertion you are making the attack weaker if anything because you are basically saying it is so weak that it did some damage internally but that damage is neglible to the point were someone who took a direct hit shrugged it off like nothing :lol? if that is the case then why is the attacked getting wanked that it can take out soosano. either
1. The damage done is negligible as i said or
2. it doesn't do any damage
