Ahem.. O'right, let's get on with it shall we. I took little time of my daily schedule and went over your previous training. It all seem fine and dandy, so we shall proceed accordingly. However, I do teach in a different manner than Priest did, mind you.
I'll present the techniques for you, and give a description on it, it may vary of how much I may add, as it is completely depending on how complicated the technique may be. So, let us start out.
Toss a couple of your desired bladed tools into the air, preferbly shurikens or other circular shaped tools. After so, exert your wind chakra throughout your body and manipulate and imbue your projectiles with wind chakra.
This one's pretty self-explainatory. Form the required hand sign as you inhale a portion of air, and then exhale it unleashing a burst of wind, generating a good sized gust capable of blowing nearby objects away, objects matching even trees.
Now, give me some pro and cons on them. Ask questions if any. Perform them as well.

*Kirikoe moulds his chakra into wind chakra, he then reaches into his pouch and grabs four shuriken, he tosses the four shuriken into the air and focuses.. Kirikoe exerts his wind chakra and channels his wind chakra into the four shuriken above him, he then begins to rotate the shuriken via his wind chakra as they float in the air around him.. after showing he had grasped the technique Kirikoe releases the wind around his shuriken and catches the four of them and returns them to his pouch*
Pro's
hands are free whiles you use this technique
can control each individually allowing for a multiple direction attack
Con's
Jutsu is limited to the amount of shuriken and other circular shaped tools on you
Jutsu would not work well with tools that are not circular so kunai would not work well
not suitable for long range

suitable for all ranges

Some technique's cons are very obvious such as... ''The easily beaten by a fire technique''. I find that common knowledge and is just an unwritten con. No need to write those, if you don't think theres any worth mentioning, don't mention them. We shall move on, with these windy techniques.
Okay, this technique was originally used through the use of some special swords. Most likely from a filler arc. Rather than expelling the blast from a sword, you will be making the explusion from your gullet. The sphere is near invisible, and blows back your opponents.
the next one here was used in one of the Naruto movies. Form the rat hand sign, creating a gust of wind which form several smaller tornados which you manipulate according to your will. You might as well ignore the last sentence regarding the fire technique. Self-explanatory.

good for creating distance when stuck in close quarters
quite a fast jutsu
sphere being near invisible makes it harder for the opponent to respond if used as a surprise attack

Form the hand signs described below, and them sort of form your hands in a hemi-sphere with your palm. Point them in direction of your desire where you then release the vortex. Look in the picture below for more info.

Use your katana by your hip. Imbue'ing it with your wind chakra, the moment you swing it unleash it in a whirling gust of cutting winds. Most of these techniques occur similiar with one another, and much the same effects.

Kirikoe using both hands swings it in a downwards slashing manor at the moment Kirikoe swings it down he unleashes a violent whirlwind containing many sharp blades into an open space until the gust eventually disperses*

*Kirikoe using the fan he had been given aims towards an empty space and swings it violently creating a single spinning bladed disk of wind, the disk violently flies forward, Kirikoe immediately swings the fan again this time releasing a blast of wind heading in the same direction.. the technique continue's to move forward until they eventually disperse*

Okay, this technique was done from a special created sword from some fillers episodes. Now, just imbue the sword and exert the chakra from the sword in the air, performing the following.
For the next inhale air, infuse it, exhale it onto a weapon and through chakra manipulation, have it wrap around your desired weapon, increasing its cutting capability and reach drastically.

Regarding your earlier question in regards to the Divine Wind technique
Handseal will trigger the technique and it acts as a projectile one. The tornadoes will rage towards a target within its range without control before dispersing.

Kirikoe admires the technique for a few seconds before eventually ending the jutsu.. The tornado begins to dissipate dropping any debre it had picked up from the ground*

Kirikoe extends the chakra infused wind down his sword elongating it even more, Kirikoe holds his sword out horizontally and checks its length and the quality of the technique he had performed before letting the technique dissipate once more*

Much like the previous learnt technique, you imbue your blade with wind chakra. Swing it, and exert it. However instead of creating a full fledged spiralling horizontal vortex, you form it accordingly to the sword's shape, firing a crescent formed wave with a more focused slicing capability.

*Kirikoe inhales the air around him.. the air was fresh and pleasant which helped Kirikoe relax and concentrate.. the air passes his lips and makes its way down the throat and eventually gathers within the lungs..once there Kirikoe then infuses his wind chakra with it, he turns to an open area and brings forth the wind he has gathered within his lungs, the wind quickly travels back through the throat and quickly passed the lips once more as a violent stream of wind erupts from Kirikoes mouth which soon takes the shape of a tornado/twister.. *Kirikoe once again draws his katana, the sound of the katana sliding out of its sheath can be heard until the sword is fully drawn.. Kirikoe then moulds his chakra and channels his wind chakra into the blade as the wind chakra is channeled into the blade the katana lights up with a blue glow, Kirikoe holds his katana high into the air as the sword gleams in the sun's light, Kirikoe swiftly swings his blade in a downward manor.. the sword can be heard cutting through the air.. as he exerts his wind chakra during the process of the swing a blade of wind is created from the top edge and tip of the blade which forms a cresent moon shape which violently makes its way towards a tree.. the screeching sound of the wind can be heard as it heads towards the tree eventually slicing right through it and dissipating.. Kirikoe takes a deep breath as he then relaxes his shoulders one more time and resheaths his blade*

*Kirikoe inhales the air around him.. the air was fresh and pleasant which helped Kirikoe relax and concentrate.. the air passes his lips and makes its way down the throat and eventually gathers within the lungs..once there Kirikoe then infuses his wind chakra with it, he turns to an open area and brings forth the wind he has gathered within his lungs, the wind quickly travels back through the throat and quickly passed the lips once more as a violent stream of wind erupts from Kirikoes mouth which soon takes the shape of a tornado/twister.. This one can be used with either hand signs or a fan. I suggest using Henge No jutsu on your katana in order to change it into a fan. Flapping it to either side, generate one minor tornado which travels beneath the target expanding into a bigger one thus throwing them off ground, slashing them violently.

*Kirikoe puts his hand on the hilt of the katana and one again draws his sword unsheathing it, Kirikoe beings moulding his chakra into wind chakra and channels that very same chakra into his katana giving the katana a light blue glow enhancing its beauty, Kirikoe grips the handle tightly as he raises it into the air slightly with the tip of the sword pointing upwards.. like lightning Kirikoe slashes in a downward action at the same time he releases the built up wind chakra that had been channeled into his katana giving off a large powerful gust of wind aimed towards an open space.. the gust of wind violently travels forwards a fair distance until finally dispersing*

Like the Great Break Through wind technique I taught you earlier, this is sort of the upgrade being that it is combined with materials of the surrounding enviroment. Unless you want to go around gathering sand, rocks and whatnot, I suggest if theres a dust cloud lingering in the area, just make use of that instead.
