Back in the day, the Rasenshuriken was something to be feared. Nowadays if Naruto whips it out people be complaining that it's the same ol' thing. Well it works, don't it? I mean when he uses it against high profile players like Madara or Kaguya, you really don't see the effects that much. But it still attacks at a cellular level, people. It's still a kinjutsu (sorta). So I say that it's still damn badass.

It's just like Shadow clones, if you milk something too much it becomes annoying. Personally, I'd much rather prefer to never see Shadow clones again, even at the cost of Naruto using Rasenshuriken every chapter.
