Sasori also had a bad match up. His grandmother arguably one of the most decorated puppet users and Tsunades apprentice. Sasori has genjutsu resistance, can switch bodies on the fly and only died because he wanted a hug from his parents. (B.s. by the way)

Konan should also be higher. Her ability is impressive and she could kill a lot of people. She was the first person to make the invincible Tobi fear for his life. Forcing him to use izanagi. She was also trained by lord jiraiya.
