Wait where did you get this from though? Konan said that those with the rinnegan can use six path of pain jutsus but she also said that nagato was the one who awakened the rinnegan too. Besides that, I never heard that whoever has the rinnegan automatically gets rinnegan techniques pain uses. They usually get different ones like Limbo hengoku, Amenotejakra, or even Momoshiki's rinnegan jutsus.

They're not the exact same. It's like saying everyone who transfers natural energy to non sagemode users would turn to stone. We now know that it's not the case and that only applies to frog sagemode users. You get what I mean right?

I know this but Konan said nagato awakened it. So why would you take konan's word about six path of pain jutsus being used by any rinnegan user when she believes Nagato awakened the rinnegan? Because she's wrong.

The manga never said those are exclusive, we just came to the conclusion that they are because nobody used it. If amenotejakra, limbo hengoku, and momoshiki's rinnegan jutsu are exclusive then so are pain's jutsus.

chibaku tensei isn't part of the 6 realms of nagato's pain jutsus. chibaku tensei is a generic rinnegan power.
