[Raiton] Agnes learns how to shock her foes with Detective L

*Agnes' eyes faded somewhat as she heard Dean state his usual statements about her attention to detail, but something seemed off. He seemed... unfocused for a moment, highly unusual, given his rather blunt, but still somehow cheerful, personality. Perhaps it's the gin that's wearing off, or... Agnes does a light shake of her head as she threw the newest scroll onto the stump, landing on top of countless other scrolls.*

I don't think it's any of my concern, who knows what he had to go through in his lifetime... sometimes you're better off just leaving things alone girl.

*As Dean gave his newest instructions and sent clone #21 or so charging towards Agnes, she smiles and takes a battle position, with her right knee bent forward, and her left foot held back, heel pointed outward. She then smirks as Dean's clone continues its charge.*

Let's see if I can truly impress him this time, maybe that'll help him out a bit.

*She tags a kunai she grabs with her right hand out of one of magical side pockets with an explosive tag with her left hand before tossing the kunai towards the clone's head. As it approaches about a meter from the clone, she performs a Tiger hand seal, causing the tag to explode causing mist to surround the clone's position. She then covers her mouth with a spar bandage before creating a new bushin clone to her right. The both of them, looking equally alike, then begin their dash towards the clone, criss-crossing a few times, until the clone ends up on the left, and Agnes on the right, concentrating chakra into her right hand, clenched in a fist. The clone closes in on Dean's left front flank and throws a fake-out punch directly at Dean before poofing away, by which time Agnes is behind Dean, at his right back flank about close-range from his position. She throws a punch aimed at Dean, releasing the chakra stored in her right hand, and thus sending a moderate sized ball of electricity aimed for the back of Dean's neck. This causes a moderate sized explosion to cover the totality of Dean's body, and about one meter in every direction. The explosion forces Agnes to cover her eyes and upper face using the inside of her left elbow until the explosion subsides. She then turns to face Dean proper, her face now comically covered in dust from the explosion, her hair partially static and frizzy.*

Hopefully that was good enough to cheer him up a bit, although in retrospect possibly morbid just the same.

*She then begins to pat down her frizzy hair as she begins her newest explanation.*

"This jutsu is another very useful, easy to perform jutsu, requiring only chakra concentration within a selected hand, and then releasing it. It's very similar in performance as the Hurricane Fist, but its function holds many differences. For one, Hurricane Fist produces a very adaptable whirlwind that allows the user to not only deflect projectiles and repel back opponents, but also knock said opponents up into the air, create circular barriers that are able to be combined with many elements to increase its potency, Katon, Suiton, etc., launch yourself up in the air for very swift evasions, and other uses I imagine far more creative shinobi than myself have uncovered. This newest jutsu, meanwhile, seems to have two central usages. The first one is that this jutsu is a very potent one for eliminating doton walls and blowing large holes in more powerful doton jutsus, as the explosion is truly potent and powerful, and this jutsu is swift and easy to use, thus allowing the user to perform this one the fly. The other use is as a punishing move for a short-range offensive scenario, as in what I tried to show in my demonstration. Perhaps this jutsu may have usages to distraction or attention moving situations, but I believe some other jutsus, such as the 5 senses disorder jutsu, or even just a simple explosive-tagged kunai, may serve this purpose better. It's also worth of note that this jutsu's explosion is quite bright, thus serving to blind the opponent even if they manage to get away from the jutsu itself if they look into it."

"This jutsu, though, is highly dangerous, as the user can easily trap themselves into the explosion, and thus commit accidental suicide, or severely damage themselves. The best method to prevent this is by using a jutsu to constrict the opponent's movements, or to confuse them about your position, by using genjutsu, or swamp of the underworld, or 5 senses disorder, or Infinite Sand Great Breakthrough, or Wind Great Breakthrough, or any other number of constricting jutsus. That way, the opponent is kept in one relative spot as this jutsu approaches them. Other than that, a great, if highly dangerous, offensive jutsu."

*Agnes then blushes for a moment before asking Dean a question*

"Um, you wish to take a break for a moment, this sun's kind of killing me right now."

Sorry for the late reply, was a bit busy.

Dean noticed that Agnes had seen his moment of thinking, and he thought to himself, this girl was quite observant. Dean however, didn't say anything, because he tried to keep that side of him hidden when training students. Only in battle, would he bring out his dark side, which he himself despised at some points. The power was good though, he loved it, thrived in it. He listened to Agnes speak, and watched her perform the technique. Dean was still in quite awe, even though he had seen her perform various techniques and analyze them, she was probably his most hard working student. Dean wiped the sweat off his face, as he threw another scroll towards Agnes.

"Amazing, as always, Agnes. You're getting better every time we go on, which is pretty interesting. I love the development. Here is the technique."

"Now, you said you want a break? Alright. I hope you don't me taking a drink, I mean, the sun is the problem here. Might as well keep myself hydrated."

Dean reached into his bag and pulled out a large bottle of Gin, and in a smaller pack, was a cheeseburger. Dean's favorite meal of all time. It was something he savored from his humanity, the one thing he still loves as if he was a human. Without wasting amoment, Dean sat down and took a large drink from the bottle. The glass of the bottle glistened as the sun hit it. It was a hot day, and Dean actually thought about making it rain, but Agnes might not like it. After taking his sip, Dean looked at Agnes and asked;

"So, I am training you, but I don't know anything about you. What are you all about? You know, you're quite knowledgeable, planning to make a big name in the NW as everyone else?"

Dean sat, and looked up at Agnes who was still standing. He wanted to know a bit about her. She seemed to be an interesting person.

*Agnes smiled, as her blush dissipated, Dean being perfectly okay with her suggestion. She goes and grabs a few vegetables from her nearby sack, when she saw Dean grab out... a cheeseburger. She unconsciously grimaces her face for a brief moment before correcting it to a more unbiased disposition, and instead grabs a mere slice of banana bread before munching on it. She glances at Dean, her disposition calmed and mellow.*

"I'm Agnes Oblige, as I mentioned earlier, and I am the current Vestal of Wind, leader of the old Janus religion that existed some time ago, during the Age of the Warring States. The order is mostly desecrated and destroyed at this point, the village belief system taking hold over this world. Thus, the remaining followers were made targets by numerous individuals, both as an act of ecclesiastical warfare and as a calcification of the village system, it repelling away most old ecclesiastical traditions in favor of establishing village dogmas unquestioningly. At least, that was what I was told by the old Vestal before she passed away, but my experiences thus far doesn't really establish the villages truly hated the Vestal belief system, and more just tragically ignored it. Whatever the cause, the tragedy of the Vestal religion is but one of the infinite silent victims of the consolidation of the villages into the five great nations, and the rest crushed underneath their feet. I can name countless other examples of this as well, Takumi Village, Land of Rivers, Land of Tea, Land of Claw, Land of Bear, etc. Desperate villages, only truly comprehended when one lives amongst them. I know that desperation, and thus I am here, training in order to prove my worth to the village to which I subscribe. And although I suppose the proper answer to your question would be something like: "I wish to become the master of input arbitrary element or clan of the week here", I don't truly know if I just want to be another foot so to say."

*Agnes then begins to twiddle her thumbs together.*

"Maybe I can't be anything but Agnes Oblige, silly girl who still calls herself a Vestal."

*She then sighs and finishes up her banana bread.*

Listening to Agnes, Dean was quite interested in her story. She had a rich background, and this could easily propel her forward too. She wasn't like other shinobi though, she was a bit soft, Dean thought. How would she survive in this harsh world? How would she fare against enemies who have no mercy and who prey on the weak? Maybe this was just a farce. Maybe behind all this girly girl structure, there was a killer. No, not very likely, Dean didn't like comparing people to how he was. He was a macho man, full of jokes on the outside, but on the inside... it was dark. Void. Dean simply shook his head, ridding himself of the thoughts as he ate the last part of the burger, washing it down with alcohol.

"..Interesting Agnes, that's far more interesting than my own history. Mine consists only of death, destruction and pain. It doesn't usually lift the mood when I talk about it."

Dean merely smiled after saying so, although it was quite clear that he didn't usually talk about his past.

*Agnes frowned a little bit as she heard just the small snippit of Dean's past. Although it wasn't elaborated upon, she knew of her own similarities, of the vestal order being found missing by her... and of her own parent's deaths as well.*

"My apologies for your experiences, I too had some experiences that would be those of death, like seeing my parents dead... the third shinobi world war was truly a horrible experience for everyone. However, I do not pretend to know about your own, thus you may share only what you wish of it."

*Agnes then takes out two oranges, playing one on her lap, and begins to peel the other, leaving the scraps gently on the ground to her left.*

"I merely wish for this to calm down, or even stop, but perhaps I'm merely a naive little vestal like that. Oh well, can't hurt to dream, now can it?"

*Agnes then places the peeled orange into the palm of her left hand.*

"You want this Dean-sensei? I don't know if a cheeseburger is necessarily the most filling meal after all."

*She smiles gently as she says this, as she'll be ready to train again not long after this.*

Dean listens to Agnes, as she speaks. So young, she hadn't seen enough. Maybe she had experienced some form of pain in her past, but not like Dean. He had seen his brother die, gone through hell itself. He even went as far to gain more power from Akuma san... a man known for chaos. Sometimes, Dean wondered if he was even still human. He was snapped out of his thinking by Agnes who offered him an orange.

"Yeah...thanks. Let us proceed though! The sun is still quite hot though. Now, the next technique is one of my favorites. You will start off by manipulating your Lightning based chakra and raising either your hand or weapon into the air and sending an electrical discharge into the clouds. This allows you to create a Lightning strike in a desired location which is triggered right after the discharge is sent. A fats technique and create for combinations. Use it on my clone."

*Agnes frowned at Dean's lackluster reaction, becoming increasingly worried about Dean's disposition. It seemed depressed, him taking a moment before finishing his sentence and taking the orange.*

Perhaps this break was a mistake...

*Her eyes became a bit downcasted as Dean gave the explanation for the newest jutsu, but then regained their confident glow, even if some falsity was required. Her mouth twisted a little though, as part of this newest jutsu sounded problematic.*

There's an immediate problem, the problem of properly aiming this jutsu in an imperfect battle environment. Now, although this jutsu is incredibly fast according to Dean-sensei, there's still the issue of the opponent making a drastic movement while sending the chakra into the cloud, as there seems to be a loss of control over the strike location after the discharge is stored into the cloud...

*As she continues her thoughts, Dean's clone initiates its charge, still following the same pattern as all the previous times. At the very least, Agnes can take to heart that Dean still holds the same passion for training her... a pretty good consolation in all truth.*

Gh, he's began, I think if I stop his charge before hitting him, then... wait.

*Agnes tags an explosive tag onto one of her kunai before tossing it in a somewhat downward trajectory, landing approximately two meters away from Dean before exploding. As that kunai moves towards Dean's clone, Agnes concentrates chakra into her right hand, funneling two waves of Raiton chakra into it with ease, before pointing her two front fingers (pointer and middle) up into a nearby cloud above her, thus sending the chakra from her fingers to the cloud, creating electrified conditions within that cloud. Fluently, she moves her two upward fingers and closes them with her left hand, with her left two front fingers being held in a similar pose. This forms a Tiger hand seal in front of her chest, thus causing the earlier thrown kunai to explode, making it difficult for the clone to progress. As the kunai explodes, the bolt of lightning sent earlier into the cloud descends with extreme speed onto the clone, incinerating it with an extremely hot bolt, leaving a burnt scar upon the land where the clone was, with the area close in front of it having a new small crater because of the explosion.*

Dean-sensei truly wasn't kidding when he said that this jutsu was quick...

*Agnes then pats down her knees before turning to Dean, smiling brightly, genuinely towards him.*

He should be truly impress with that performance... I hope. Let's begin with the explanation, here's hoping that it'll continue to impress him.

*Agnes then places her hand, fingers intercrossed, in front of her pelvis, with the fingers pointed downwards, a position of a normally shy and unconfident Agnes. Yet her eyes and smile spoke of a different tale, one of a girl now more confident of herself, as well as her abilities, with the eyes beaming and her smile shy but bold.*

"Well, this jutsu is literally lightning, as it needs to be propelled through a cloud in order to function and occur. Essentially, you first concentrate some chakra into the hand of choice, or even a weapon, such as a kunai or katana, and then send it into the clouds. It'll then strike down with ferocious speed, striking with an extremely hot bolt. Yet, I immediately noted that this jutsu, given lightning's potent power and unpredictability, would probably be impossible to redirect from its original targeted location as soon as the chakra is stored into the cloud, thus allowing an observant shinobi to prepare a defense swiftly. Given as such, it's advantageous to obscure the shinobi's vision, as they wouldn't be able to see you funnel the chakra into the cloud, but this still allows them to prepare a swift movement, added by chakra of course, to dodge or counter this jutsu. No, what's more important is that you prevent the shinobi from moving from their current location, as that allows the lightning to strike them, thus forcing them to defend from that location, thus allowing yourself to move away from your own and zone or flank their location for another attack."

*Agnes then unclasps her hands and drops them to her sides.*

"Let's review the move I just did, and why I did the particular move. I aimed a kunai, tagged with an explosive tag, and threw it in a downward trajectory, targeted not the clone itself, but the ground in front of him. Thus, as it heads towards the shinobi, I concentrated some chakra into my hand and released it into the cloud, thus charging it up for the jutsu. I then fluently tied the position of my hand and formed a Tiger hand seal, thus exploding the kunai in front of the clone, thus stopping its charge. As the clone is then stopped, the lightning has a potent ability to immediately strike the clone while his movement was constricted, which is what had occurred. While this combo was efficient, it wasn't the best compliment to this jutsu, as the clone was still able to see me sending the chakra into the cloud, yet, by immediately forming the Tiger hand seal from the funneling position, the clone was successfully confused as to what occurred, and thus it was eliminated with ease. Mind, this move wouldn't work against sensory or doujutsu shinobi, as they'd be able to see the chakra go into the sky, and thus immediately form a defense against the jutsu. However, one can constrict these opponents in a different way, from using a pillar jutsu, such as the Great Fire Flame Pillars jutsu or the Four Pillar Bind jutsu, or by using a swamp-type jutsu, such as the Swamp of the Underworld jutsu, or the Syrup Catch Field jutsu, or by blinding them more directly with sand or another harsh projectile, such as the Infinite Sand Great Wind Breakthrough jutsu, and there are many other combinations to aid this jutsu."

"This jutsu can also be used to merely force the opposing shinobi's direction towards the sky, thus leaving them vulnerable to another attack. For example, say that the clone did manage to counter this jutsu, I could, from my position, form the Tiger Hand seal again and form several Demon-like fireballs, using the Demon Lantern jutsu, and thus charge them around the opposing shinobi's position, thus burning him to a crisp with ease. That, and it would function as a counter to this jutsu's weakness, of which I will be discussing momentarily"

*Agnes then takes a quick breath before continuing.*

"This jutsu has a perfect counter, in the form of the Wind Sickle Armor jutsu. This jutsu is essentially the Fuuton variant of the Lightning Strike Armor jutsu, in that it can be formed with speed and perfectly surrounds the opposing shinobi, thus, because of its B-Rank, making this jutsu nulled and now covering the opposing shinobi with armor. Yet, the jutsu I just mentioned is a B-Rank Katon jutsu, thus capable of eliminating this armor with ease. Thus, while not the best pure attacking jutsu available, with proper support, it can be extremely effective for a B-Rank jutsu, with its power, speed, ease of usage, and numerous combos available for it. And while its dependence on clouds and its strictness in attack location can lessen its effectiveness, for example, you cannot use this in caves or buildings, with proper support, it can be extremely deadly."

*Agnes then clasps her hands and stretches them behind her back before unclasping them and dropping them alongside her sides again. She breathes while doing so, exhausted from her long explanation of the jutsu, yet the same smile yet continues.*

I hope Dean-sensei approves of this explanation, I'd hate to see him down for much longer...

*She then sighed, it's been a long day thus far...*

After the break, Agnes once more surprised Dean with how much detail one can get from such a simple technique and even the tactics she used to destroy the clone. Like Dean had learned, using the enviroment against the opponent is always a good one, and Agnes did just that. She analysed the technique with quite some ease and it seemed as if she had noticed that Dean was a bit down. Knowing that he might affect her, Dean simply put on a smile, he didn't want her to be sad. With a quick flick, Dean threw another scroll towards Agnes containing the latest technique.

"That was simply amazing Agnes, always surprising me. Here you go."

"Now form the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals and then release your Lightning based chakra into the ground. This allows you to forcefully create four pillars around the opponent, which then release a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to the opponent within the vicinity of the four pillars. This delivers the opponent with shocking damage or paralysis. A nice technique but best used in conjunction with something. Use it on my clone with another technique to compliment it."

Dean creates a clone that runs in an arc towards Agnes.

"Yes sensei!"

*Agnes beamed as she began to dash towards the clone, esoterically grabbing a kunai tagged with an explosive tag between her hands, as she performs a ram hand seal, kunai pointed downwards, yet covered with the palms of her hands. She catches the clone, being a few meters from her position, and forms a Tiger hand seal, inhaling as she does so, thus making the appearance of herself preparing the Syrup Catch Field. As she exhales, only a short gasp leaves before she says:*

"Boo"

*As throws the kunai towards the clone, using her thumbs to propel the kunai somewhat forward as she opens her palms; meanwhile, she quickly rolls around the clone's right, and ends up facing the clone's right-most back flank, thus inverting her body clockwise as she finishes the second portion of the roll, before forming a Tiger Hand seal. This causes the kunai to explode, thus stopping the clone's progress. Agnes then performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, forming four pillars of lightning in each of the cardinal directions from the clone's position as she sends the chakra from her feet into the earth, by now being proficient enough with Raiton chakra to not needing the waves of chakra to form anymore. The four pillars of lightning finally shock the foe, the foe being struck by numerous transient bolts of lightning from every direction, thus poofing away the opponent. Agnes pants for a few moments before looking at Dean to initiate her newest explanation.*

"This jutsu's performance is not much difference from jutsus of a similar sort, such as the Rock Spike jutsu, or the Greater Flame Pillar jutsu, in that you first concentrate chakra into your feet, before you release it into the specified spot, thus concentrating the dirt in the area to envelop the element of which the chakra was concentrated. As the chakra is most concentrated into the lowest portion of the pillar, hence its base, it also becomes the thickest, which ends up separating it from the rest of the ground. As the chakra stops being released, this propels the pillars upwards, thus becoming formed into the type resembling that of the chakra concentrated. With this jutsu, there's an added portion, in that as the pillars are formed, the high amount of chakra concentrated into the pillars ends up releasing lightning bolts that strike erratically inside of the center of the pillar circle, think electrical coils."

"Now, these pillars have some of the usual purposes, including stopping an opponent's approach, or acting as a defensive wall or prison to prevent offensive moves from the opponent, yet these particular pillars have an interesting requirement behind it, in that they always form around the opponent, and there are always four pillars. This means that you cannot make the form directly below the opponent, as you can with the Rock Spikes or the Greater Flame Pillar jutsus. However, they can actually deliver potent shocks onto the opponent, thus paralyzing them and thus restricting their movements. The Rock Spikes jutsu has no capacity for any secondary damage, as they're merely spikes the pierce through the opponents, but this is obviously a bit more fatal than the bolts are, so it depends on whether you want to immediately kill the opponent, or paralyze them. Also of note is that this jutsu needs five hand seals to be performed, while the Rock Spikes jutsu can be performed immediately. The Greater Flame Pillar jutsu, meanwhile, can also be performed immediately, is of a much higher rank thus dealing more potent damage, and too carries a secondary effect of severely burning the opponent. Yet, it must always be formed with three pillars in a straight line, with each pillar being formed a few meters from the others, and hence isn't as useful for capturing an opponent as this jutsu is."

"Now, this jutsu holds the problem that an opponent can merely destroy the pillars using the Hurricane Fist jutsu s they form around their position, thus restricting their movements before using this jutsu is pretty much a necessity to avoid embarrassing yourself. One method for doing so is by utilizing a sticky ground jutsu in order to stop their leg movements, such as the Syrup Catch Field jutsu or the Swamp of the Underworld jutsu, yet this still carries the vulnerability that I spoke of. A better option is actually tricking the opponent into staying in a particular spot until this jutsu is formed. I'll list two examples here, but there are countless other examples to give. The first one uses two shinobi tools, one being makibishi, and the other being a simple kunai. You first toss the kunai towards the opponent, and then make it explode, thus expelling the mist formed by the 5 senses disorder jutsu. Then you toss the makibishi into the mist, thus causing the opponent to dance around, and, because of the mist, become increasingly tangled and disorientated from trying to not step on the makibishi. You finally form this jutsu, and the makibishi alongside the lightning bolts with end up punishing the opponent severally. The other example plays upon Fuuton's weakness to fire, and thus serves to counter this jutsu's weakness to the Hurricane Fist jutsu. You first perform the Demon Head jutsu, and thus cause them to charge toward the opponent, them charging in from every direction is beneficial, but not absolutely required. This then makes it much safer to use this jutsu, as the opponent will probably use a Suiton jutsu to counter the Demon Head jutsu, probably something like the Water Shock Wave jutsu. By the time that that jutsu arrives towards your position, the pillars, evading that jutsu because of the fact that they form directly from the ground, and thus avoid any above ground jutsu, and hence will shock the opponent while you utilize a Doton jutsu, such as the Greater Earth Moving Core jutsu, to dodge the Water Shock Wave jutsu {Note: Please tell me if a time frame issue would be derived from this particular example, as I'm uncertain if such an issue could be derived from my timing of the pillars}. Time frame wise, it would depend on a few factors:

This then makes it much safer to use this jutsu, as the opponent will probably use a Suiton jutsu to counter the Demon Head jutsu, probably something like the Water Shock Wave jutsu. By the time that that jutsu arrives towards your position, the pillars, evading that jutsu because of the fact that they form directly from the ground, and thus avoid any above ground jutsu, and hence will shock the opponent while you utilize a Doton jutsu, such as the Greater Earth Moving Core jutsu, to dodge the Water Shock Wave jutsu {Note: Please tell me if a time frame issue would be derived from this particular example, as I'm uncertain if such an issue could be derived from my timing of the pillars}. Thus, the opponent would not utilize the most obvious counter to this jutsu, and the combo utilized compliments both of the jutsus, covering each of their weaknesses and complimenting their strengths.

So if you were to use the pillars before the water wave, or whilst the wave moves towards you, it can be interpreted as time frame breakage z,z. Because you would try to fit in a technique in between the time frame o-o. Hope you get what I am saying xD

Dean listens to Agnes as she explains, once more with such great detail. She even goes to the point of giving examples of the technique at hand. She was really a student like no other.

"Very well done, here you go."

"Now the next technique is one that can be used in conjunction, or after, a water technique. The technique starts off by forming the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals and releasing Lightning from your hands in either the form of unfocused Lightning or focused, through conductive materials. This can increase it's power. However, it cannot be released simultaneously with a Water technique, only after a technique or when you have an ally or clone to do it for you. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Agnes.

Pretty much the safest method for now for interpreting time frame is to consider each jutsu in its own separate sphere, and thus the context of each jutsu is mostly what occurred before, rather than what could have occurred simultaneously. In this case, only the Tiger Head jutsu was performed, and thus the wave of water would hit me before the Four Pillar Bind would be performed, and hence regardless of what I could envisage could be the potentiality of the Pillars being created, the wave of water takes precedent. I understand, thank you Dean-sensei (I'll just call you that if you don't mind, as L-sensei or Detective-sensei both seem odd to me :/)

*Agnes smiles as the training session continues its everlasting march, yet notices the pattern. Dean will usually commemorate her performance and toss her a scroll, she'll then toss it onto the stump. Then, Dean will talk for a bit about the next jutsu, and some intricacies of note before creating a clone to charge at her. There is danger, as her right hand can attest, but otherwise the whole scenario's relatively dull. She began to wonder, what did Dean think of all this? Surely he knows of the entirity of teaching, including the march of the jutsus, but what did he truly think of the art of teaching jutsus itself? Is it an obligation to him, a privilege, an art, or a reward, or perhaps punishment for something wrought during the past? What did he think of jutsus themselves? Does he take pride in teaching his students how to kill each other? Would he kill them if needed? Would... would he kill her? How far does one's pride in teaching go before the world tears the bond...

She begins to think further, clouding away from her primary focus of training...*

There's a dialectic in this world, possibly the one that started all the pain of the world. A tragedy occurs, a family dies, and the thirst for vengeance overwhelms the brightness of the survivor. It begins to consume them, to the point that even a waterfall of hope doesn't wench any of it, but rather only dehydrates them further... what a sad thing hope is in this world, hope killed Guv, hope may very well kill me... trying to avenge my order, the order of the Vestals, it as well as the death of my family led me to earn training, from Castiel, from Ayane, from the man before me. Guv's death driven me forward, training harder than before to kill his murderer... yet, what obligations do any of them have to not kill me when needed? Would they disobey the kage and daimyo just because they taught me before? Would I return the favor? ... why, why am I so naive about the world? Am I worth nothing...

*Without warning, Dean's clone suddenly punches her deeply into the stomach, causing her to cough up blood before falling onto the ground, her left hand holding her stomach, with her body now upon the hand. She concentrates some chakra into her right hand before slamming it onto the ground, causing a wave of electricity to strike the clone, thus dissipating it. A single tear drips from her right eye, yet, she notices something. The pain from the earlier kunai strike upon her right hand, is long gone. It recovered... perhaps...*

*She stands up, to notice that the clone had moved onto a nearby tree, thus seemingly dodging the electricity, perhaps it never hitting the clone at all. She coughs a little before recalling Dean's instructions... she had barely heard it, but it was something about forming some Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat handseals before forming some electricity, supposedly unfocused. She thus tries a new idea, and takes a bite out of her right cheek, thus causing it to bleed. She then purposefully begins to stumble forward, before falling onto her knees, coughing out some more blood. The clone charges in, and prepares a kick. She smirks, and swiftly forms the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat handseals before sprawling out her right hand, thus sending a wave of electricity towards the clone, striking it and thus eliminating it with ease. Agnes then struggles back up, and sloppingly pats down her dress before beginning her newest explanation... or whatever she could conjure up.*

"We... well..."

*She then falls onto the ground and passes out cold, whether it's because of the strain of training or the punch, or perhaps her decreasing spirits is hard to determine. What is determinable, is that Agnes Oblige is ever the naive girl in a world that consumes even the harden and the bold. May the gods help the poor soul.*

Because I did something a bit different with the RP, I'll be explaining this jutsu out of character this time around. This jutsu is essentially a more powerful Electromagnetic murder, in that both jutsus primarily create unfocused electricity that's primarily transported through an avenue, such as a Suiton jutsu or naturally occurring water, in order to shock the opponent and paralyze their movements. This is most effective when they're nearby a water source, as the user can first shock the water, and then manipulate it, thus sending the electrified water towards the opponent without having to time the jutsus properly. Yet, there are some differences between the two jutsus that need attention, although the differences aren't so extreme that I haven't previously explained them within this thread. The most important is that the Wave of Inspiration (i.e. this newest jutsu) requires five hand seals in order to be performed, while the Electromagnetic Murder jutsu has no hand seal requirement. Besides the usual gamut of time usage requirements being increased by this, and how the fluidity of this jutsu is impacted by this performance requirement, this also increases the difficulty of timing Suiton jutsus with this jutsu, for those very reasons. This is alleviated somewhat by the fact that this jutsu is naturally long-range, while the Electromagnetic Murder only has the potentiality of long-range usage when combined with a Suiton jutsu, but the timing is still an issue with this jutsu and any Suiton jutsu. Thus, regardless of the immense strength bonus any Suiton jutsu gains with this jutsu being amalgamated with it, there's a risk-reward process that should be thought out before using this jutsu. If the Suiton jutsu is going at a slow enough speed, then this jutsu may be appropriate, but if it's traveling at the speed of, say, the Great Waterfall jutsu, then Electromagnetic Murder jutsu may be more appropriate. Otherwise, this jutsu is just a stronger variant of the Electromagnetic Murder jutsu. Also, next time, I'll be explaining this all in character again, just wished to try to freshen this training up for both of us, given that I haven't responded consistently in a while, my apologies about that btw.

Holy shit, what just happened? Dean was shocked, when he saw that his clone had just punched the poor girl in her stomach. Perhaps she wasn't ready for the technique? No, that wasn't it. She got up, and destroyed the clone.She was just about to speak, then she falls to the ground. Right as she was about to hit the ground, Dean creates a blanket of Wind beneath her. This stops her from falling hard against the ground, as Dean dashes towards her.

"Shiiiit... hope she isn't dead, my license will get revoked!"

He gets to her in no time, and grabs her young body. She was out cold. Maybe it was the heat, or she was just out of chakra. Nonetheless, Dean decides to try and wake her, if she doesn't wake, he'll just take her to a close by hospital based facility.

"Agnes! Agnes! Are you still with me?! Damn... Let's go!"

Dean says, as he puts Agnes over his shoulder, her face now on his back. She wasn't very heavy, and Dean was quite angry with himself that he had pushed her that hard. Nonetheless, he walks really slow towards the nearby hospital.

*Agnes remains slumped upon Dean's shoulder, mostly motionless, except for very slight breathing. She's alive, but her chakra stores are very depleted, and she has both dehydration, regardless of the meal not too long ago, as well as exhaustion and a mild heat stroke, on top of her stomach injury. Thus, she's alive, but in a bad state. However, her mind begins to wander, similar to her inclination to wander off the trail, so did her mind...*

*An old woman sits down in front of two other girls, a large tent-like red hat covering most of her small, frail body, besides a larger blue necklace and a large, straw rope wrapped around her body with a pendulum-like circle swaying back and forth on on her left side. To the woman's left is a young girl wearing a simple white dress with a pale blue bow upon its central neckline, with small green hair, and to her right is another girl, wearing a similar dress except without the bow, and with longer brown hair... Agnes Oblige. The woman sighs with a hint of sadness, many years ago there were dozens of vestals, all wearing elaborate dresses like hers, and all joyful... and now remains only two trainees, the shinobi wars have destroyed the order of the vestals.*

"My dear children... Our age is over... we vestals are over, the world has no use for us anymore. I love you both so much... but it may be time for you both to move on."

Agnes: "But... but Vestal Mother! We love you too, and I don't wanna go from you, I wanna stay here with you!"

"Me too!"

*Both of the girls then run up and hug the Vestal Mother, tears running down their faces as they do so.*

"My poor children, Agnes, Cassiopeia..."

*Agnes stirred a little as she remembered... there's possibly one other vestal yet alive, Cassiopeia... she hasn't seen her for years though, not since the Temple of Wind was destroyed... her eyes open slightly, glancing at some trees going further into the distance, and the trail being below her being. She seems to be on someone's back, Dean's. She smiles, and begins to ponder upon where they are going.*

"Um, ma... may I as... *coughs* ask where w... we are going?"

Dean walks with some urgency, though not too fast to make Agnes uncomfortable as she was over his shoulder. His mind wandered, was she going to be okay? Of all people, his favorite student had to faint. Nonetheless, the hospital was quite close now. There, he heard of some great shinobi, medical based ones. At least she wasn't a Nekura, they had to be healed up to three times more due to their passive resistance of foreign chakra, which medical chakra was. As he walks, Dean hears Agnes' weak voice speak, she was awake!

"Ah Agnes, you're awake. We are heading to the closest hospital, as you passed out. I don't have the necessary things for you, unless alcohol counts as medical equipment."

Dean let's out a slight laugh, as he walks. He listens to hear if Agnes has something to say.

*Agnes curls her head inwards somewhat, trying to become comfortable, or at least mask her intense pain. Predictably, a deep wound is impossible to mask in such a childish manner.*

I'm... I'm so worthless that my own sensei has to carry me like a child... but still, it's somehow... comfortable, not physically, but mentally... but I ought not be too much a burden, I should see if I can walk...

"Um, Dean-sensei, may I see if I am able to walk again?"

*Agnes uncurls her head as she asks this, and mentally prepares to walk, although she intrinsically knows that it wouldn't last long. Still, she has a disposition for obstinacy when it came to her effeteness, in that she wishes to display strength, regardless of the sense of doing so, which, in this case, is borderline on both insanity and lunacy.*

He knew she was quite stubborn, this Agnes girl. She didn't like it if people saw her as weak. She wanted to do things on her own, which was a great mindset, but not always the best way to go about things. Dean, however, was the same type of person. So he understood her when she said she wanted to walk on her own, or try, as she phrased it. Dean softly put her down, as he then used his Earth based chakra to create two long straight structures that could act as crutches for her, at least till they get to the hospital.

"Alright, you can use one of those to support you?"

Dean extended his arm towards her, with the two rock based crutches in his hand.

*Agnes, as she's set onto the ground, grabs the two makeshift crutches, and passes one to her right hand, setting them onto the ground at about a forty-five degree angle each, as she begins to walk in a methodological manner, slow, and somewhat erratic, but shallowly steady. She groans as she tries to straighten her back, any motion stretching her stomach being too painful at the moment. Thus, she moves with her stomach bent inwards, making the movement forward a struggle, clearly visible through both the erratic speed at which she moves, as well as the occasional trips and groans she makes as she moves. However, she turns to Dean and smiles, trying to create a verisimilitude of her recovery, something that they both know is a lie.*

"Thank you Dean-sensei, I think I have it from here..."

[sfx]Oomphf!

*She falls onto the ground momentarily, but then manages to struggle to get back up, using both of the crutches as... well, crutches. She moans, the motion forcing her back straight momentarily, before again begins to pitiful movements forward. She turns back to Dean and smiles again.*

"See, I'm doing fine... ohhhhh..."

It seemed as though even the makeshift crutches didn't help Agnes. Dean decided on a more permanent solution for her to travel on. He saw her struggle, and simply smiled, and bended down to pick her up. He extended his right arm towards her, looking her right in the eyes.

"How about I just carry you again? At this pace, we'd never get to the hospital today."

Dean appreciates the fact that she didn't go against his wishes, as he only wanted her to be safe. Without any more problems, they make their way towards the hospital in order for Agnes to get some treatment, and perhaps return in a good enough condition so they could finish their training session. Within mere moments, Dean explained what happened to a nurse, and they took Agnes in. Dean didn't want everything they did, to be for nothing. Something good had to come out of it, Dean thought as he sat outside the hospital.

"Time for a drink I guess."
