*A gentle wind blows towards Agnes, causing her hair to flow backwards in a poetic motion as she paces around the training arena. The arena itself is immaculate, freshly cut grass flows gently, all vibrantly green, with some flowers resting in a nearby bed, including roses of a blood red color, beautifully resting upon the talk oak trees scattered throughout the arena. A distance away lies a simple stream, with nettles and weeds laying upon its shores, yet the water itself is a beautiful blue, perfectly reflecting all whom view upon it, yet retaining the characteristic motion of the water, thus making the reflection more of an impressionist painting then a mere reflection. This all contrasted greatly with Agnes' stature at the moment. The wind flows scattered her hair, causing it to become matted and disorganized, her boots has dried mud upon it, and her dress is somewhat dirtied. Her gloves also has a few holes within it, and finally, her pendant is, curiously, the only object that retains any cleanliness.*

*A mouse, named Yangus, runs past Agnes, rolling around in the grass chasing after a piece of cheese that Agnes accidentally kicked as she continues her pace. She looks frantically around the arena, looking for her sword, one that Guv gave her as a gift before his passing during the last shinobi war. She, pathetically, had already lost track of where she had put it before drinking a bit of water from the nearby stream, she having forgotten to bring along her canteen as per usual.*

Excellent start Agnes, your new sensei had voluntarily asked to teach you, and you can't even prepare correctly. What a foolish girl you are...

Yoanna was standing atop of an ancient ridge. Her glare locked far in the distance. It was near the village hidden by the Leaf, so known, Fire Country. She didn't know many within that village by person but she heard great stories of a student. A future mastermind, a leader and adequate shinobi. Perhaps, the only reason she so wished to reach the borders of the village. And as her view reached far, the person she so wished to meet found its way locked within the eyes of Yoanna. A malicious grin widened across Yoanna's face. She is a charming little girl; she taught to herself. But it seems that those always turn out to be tenacious, no wonder they always talk about her. Yoanna slowly continued to stroll towards their training location. Her student seemed as if she was lost within her thoughts but that didn't quite have any impact on Yoanna.

Reaching the so marvelous arena where their training was to start, Yoanna took hold of a shuriken which was created out of paper as she hurled it towards her student's location. The shuirken merely passed by. It didn't hit Agnes, as in reality it was used as to gain her attention. And as the shuriken continued its path, Yoanna firmly gripped the hilt of her sword as she pulled it and slammed it into the ground. However, if you were to see that sword it was of quite a differing structure.

''Are you Agnes of Village hidden by the Leafs?'' she modulated although she knew the answer to the question herself. ''I believe we are here as for me to teach you something new, to add a bit to your armory.'' she slightly raised her right eyebrow as her glare was locked on her student. ''So tell me, what do you know of Sword Arts?''

*Agnes hears a slight rustling sound moving towards her, the sound increasing in intensity as it moves forward towards her position. She begins to concentrate chakra into her right hand... but the shuriken whistles on by, far quicker than the normal shuriken, but it was merely aimed to gather her attention rather than for... more insidious purposes. She gradually turns around and looks upon the woman. Agnes, not only hasn't found the katana yet, but also just made herself look abecedarian in regards to proper shinobi manuevers. However, Agnes notes that the shuriken was made with... paper, an object, seemingly common and mostly useless for most shinobi offensive affair was given a deadly edge, with proper exploitation of its lightness for more swift deliveries of deadly intent. She would screw her face somewhat, being curious as to how much of a professional she must be to use paper like that, but given the woman's seemingly more official disposition, she instead retains a more stoic stance as she hears the woman out. Best make good first impressions after all... oh wait.*

{Simultaneously}
Hm... I've heard, from Guv, of a great shinobi of Amegakure named Konan, who is capable of great jutsus consisting of paper. Feared by many, he said, but also beloved for both her benevolent beauty and her munificent generosity. Is this woman her? Hm... perhaps, I ought to ask her name... oh wait, she wants to know what I know first... and I forgot to do my homework... Agnes, this is it, time for her to learn that you aren't all too good at anything whatsoever...

*Agnes sighs and pats out her knees, eliminating but little dirt before beginning her explanation of whatever little she truly knew of kenjutsu...*

"Yes, I am Agnes Oblige, nice to meet you. Um, I intended on having a weapon with me... but I'll find it in a moment, but regardless, I know a little about kenjutsu, so I'll go over that first. Kenjutsu is essentially the art of utilizing a long, bladed weapon for offensive and defensive purposes, including stabbing, slashing, and cutting manuevers. A plethora of stances are utilized in order to best facilitate these weapons for the usages the user wishes. For example, a basic stance is to have the user's left foot forward, and their right foot held back behind their body by a foot; their right elbow should be held inward, with both hands gripping the handle. For offensive manuevers, the weight of the body ends up on the left foot, and the right foot's heel goes up; meanwhile, the right foot turns inward, so then the toes face the left foot's heel, in a defensive manuever. Mind, this is what Guv taught me, and... well, he was an autodidact in most ninjutsu. Something to keep in mind, though is that kenjutsu can be combineable with elemental jutsus, as is the case with the Peacock Whirlwind Formation to give an example."

"As for weapons useable with kenjutsu, numerous exist. I only really know of one, though, the katana, a small, but long, bladed weapon mostly utilized for swifter strikes against opponents before they are able to defend themselves. Best served for swift slashes, this weapon is less able to defend against larger bladed weapons, and thus depends upon swifter movements to get around those weaponry. More aggressive opponents can overwhelm the katana, though, this user care is needed. Otherwise... I lack any further knowledge..."

*A slight blush gathers upon Agnes' face, her new sensei's glare somewhat oppressive in this moment.*

"Please correct me if I stated any inaccuracies here."

OOC: The image isn't working :( P.S; I use this way of summoning scrolls for training purposes!

Yoanna listened with amazement. ''Little?'' she said. ''I wouldn't agree. Your knowledge is quite great truth be told.'' Yoanna proceeded as she observed her student with amusement. She gripped hilt of her sword even tighter as she continued. ''I always looked at sword arts as an art, way of fighting of true warriors. Standing face to face across of your opponent. The only thing to aid you within the battle is but a mere tool.'' she looked at the ground before yet once again fixating her view on her student. ''I would go as far as saying that kenjutsu is addition to taijutsu. Both are connected with body arts, however unlike taijutsu whereas you fight with your fists, body; with kenjutsu you utilize a sword. With kenjutsu, you will hold a great cutting capability but on the other hand, your movement would be a bit inferior. Swords on their own are already powerful due to their sharpness, in addition to chakra they become even more potent. Keeping in mind however, that not all of the techniques within the list which I am going to teach you require chakra.''

Performing few hand seals Yoanna slammed her hands onto the ground. A sealing formula appeared with fume to follow it. And as it dispersed, behind it a bunch of scrolls. Some bulky, whereas some not so much. Within each a specific technique, although it was not yet the time with them to start with those.

''Next thing I wish for you to do in this training is tell me about difference between one-handed and two-handed offense? What are benefits of each and what are draw-backs?''

*Agnes' blush didn't subside, but only expanded, upon hearing praise from her new sensei. She seems similar to Dean for Agnes, in that she's focused upon the training and hasn't even said as much as her name yet about herself, but she seemed somewhat more formal than Dean. It's mostly that she hasn't caught the woman drinking yet... she makes an unconscious smirk, before noticing that her sensei is looking back up again, making Agnes take another stoic expression. She now listens more intently as her sensei describes how taijutsu and kenjutsu are related, and how they differentiate. The swords, while limiting motion somewhat, allow for power in compensation, but both arts ultimately allow for mostly fluid motion while still allowing utilization of chakra is how Agnes understood her sensei's point.*

Seems as if I was mostly correct in my points... but I still haven't found the bloody sword... and now I think Yangus ran off too... I swear I need to train the mouse one day, wait, can mice even be trained? Hm... perhaps I should ask one of my senseis this...

{Simultaneously after the scrolls are summoned (Agnes, as per usual, is too self-focused to notice the scrolls being summoned)}

''Next thing I wish for you to do in this training is tell me about difference between one-handed and two-handed offense? What are benefits of each and what are draw-backs?''

... maybe if I start by using cheese as bait... GAH! Wait, my sensei's waiting for me!

*Agnes pats down her knees again before looking at her sensei again, some scrolls now in front of her sword... when did that happen? While Agnes didn't know that, she knew the basics of her sensei's question, about the differences between one and two handed sword grips... hopefully that was right. Thus, she clasps her hands behind her back and then begin a moderate stroll back and forth as she initiates her explanation, hopefully as good as the last, about her thoughts upon the differences and similarities between the grips.*

"Well, what immediately comes to mind is that by wielding the sword with one hand allows a different tool, such as shield or a distractory shinobi tool, such as a kunai or shuriken, can be utilized in such a grip. However, there are more interesting differences between the two grips, and much of it has to do with the strength possible with the grips. With a one handed grip, full motioned swings are possible with greater ease, with left to right motions being natural instead of awkward, diagonals swings in every up to down motion being easy, as well as every stab being easy to perform as well. More interesting, however, are the grips and motions that actually become useful with a one-handed grip instead of being too cumbersome for regular use, as these are with a two handed grip. For example, one can utilize a smaller sword in a reverse grip when it's wielded with one hand, while it would be far too cumbersome for a two-handed grip. This grip is performed when the sword is facing downwards instead of upwards, as is the usual sword grip; these are best used for assassination strikes against unaware opponents, but may also have other uses that I'm not aware of at this time. Also possible are swings in the opposite direction of the normal directions, in other words down to up. These swings are better for catching the opponent unaware of the swings, while still being more cautious of your general position, especially more direct down to up swings, as these swings tend to be more difficult to dodge, especially for swordsmen bearing a two-handed grip."

"Now, a two-handed grip tends to bear more power into a swing, and thus has a better potentiality of causing immense damage onto the target, as well as better potential for deflected away defensive swings and other tools, possibly even jutsus for truly talented swordsmen. At the end of the day, though, a truly proficient swordsman may end up switching between both grips fluently to better adjust between offensive and defensive swings, all depending upon the situation, at least... I think that's the case."

*Agnes then unclasps her hands and loops them to the front of her belly between twiddling her thumbs together.*

I am trully sorry for my late reply. I had lots of exams in May hence why I couldn't reply actively.

''Most correctly'' she spoke, tilting her head slightly towards the right and carefully observing her student. ''One-handed attacks allow for greater mobility and movements, however, on the other hand the two-handed attacks will allow for greater damage made upon your target.'' with her left hand she took but a single scroll from the bunch placed in front of her. Gripping it, she extended forth the arm not tossing the it however. With her right arm, she pulled out another sword which was strapped on her back and hurled it in direction of her student. ''Use it.'' she screamed. ''Make a horizontal slash, folllowed by a vertical one. Try thrusting forth your sword before making a diagonal slash.''

''Most correctly'' she spoke, tilting her head slightly towards the right and carefully observing her student. ''One-handed attacks allow for greater mobility and movements, however, on the other hand the two-handed attacks will allow for greater damage made upon your target."
*Agnes nods in reply to this, but her focus seems off. She spots Yangus in the distance, peeking its mischievous head out, clearly toying with Agnes. Agnes narrows her eyes in response to this, clearly challenging the mouse...*

With her right arm, she pulled out another sword which was strapped on her back and hurled it in direction of her student. ''Use it.'' she screamed. ''Make a horizontal slash, folllowed by a vertical one. Try thrusting forth your sword before making a diagonal slash.''
*Agnes catches the sword with surprising ease, bearing the middle of the hilt within her right hand, smirking somewhat. Let the challenge begin.*

"Yes sensei."

*Agnes immediately begins by preparing a sword bearing stance, her knees bent, right foot forward, left one also forward, but behind her body. She swings the sword, right to left, approximately two feet in front of her chest, keeping the blade in a mostly straight line as she swings, except for the finish of the swing, in which she swings it upwards not out professionalism, but rather out of misjudging the angle of the blade. She sighs, and then steps forward, and raises the blade. Unfortunately, she slashes downward quicker than her brain processes, causing her to skid slightly forward, nearly falling over herself, while also causing the blade to slash against the ground.*

Maybe I ought to use two hands here...

*She blushes slightly, the blush staying this time, as she rebalances herself, her feet position similar, although she's a few feet forward now, her back being to her probably disappointed sensei. She's clearly in front of the bush, capable of both thrusting into and slashing apart the bush. Time for Yangus to be exposed...*

*Agnes first thrusts forward, both of her elbows being bent outwards as her arms are brought inwards, her right hand placed above her left on the hilt. The hilts slightly touches her thorax before the blade bursts outward, the tip of the blade extended by about three feet as her elbows are straightened again, with her body being slightly shifted in a right-forward motion, although her feet stay in the same position, mostly out of her overly cautious self. She then sends the blade towards the upper right corner of her vision before swinging with rapidly towards the lower left corner, tilting her left foot inwards by fourty-five degrees in an effort to retain her balance, one that ultimately pays off. Unfortunately, Yangus ran off again in a fright before she swung the blade. Agnes sighs, before lowering the blade down, the very tip touching the ground. She then turns around, the hilt touching her right elbow, as she twiddles her thumbs again.*

"I hope I did okay this time..."

Amusingly she watched her student perform the action at hand. At first a little bit clumsy, but with each strike her ability to maneuver the sword enhanced. ''Marvelous'' she modulated before picking up but a single scroll from the ground and tossing in Agnes's direction.

Overall it is quite a basic technique which includes usage of the sword in conjuction with chakra, whereas user performs a sequence of slashes and finish the barrage with a final one, making quite a damage to their target. If you have any questions or anything to add, don't hesitate to do so. ''

I won't lie, you're the only person I know who uses the word modulate, quite like that :). More people need to utilize the wide variety of words that the English language provides, such a shame most aren't though ;-;. Ah well, I digress from this before I go off on a tangent which will probably bore you .-.

*Agnes nods as she grabs the scroll her sensei tossed towards her. As she opens the scroll, she swiftly, but tacitly, looks around her, but doesn't see Yangus anywhere.*

Ran off again... great.

With this technique, the user will make a sequence of slashes with their sword and finishes with a powerful final slash dealing liberal damage to their enemy.
*Agnes then pays attention as her sensei instructs her on the first jutsu, nodding as she resolves her explanation.*

Seems as if the best approach towards using this jutsu is to deliver the initial slashes swiftly in a sporadic manner as to confuse the opponent and then delivering the chakra enhanced strike at the end of the combination. Best part is that the final strike doesn't necessarily even need that much chakra, just enough to cut deeper than the rest of the slashes. In other words, it's the blow that's the actual meat of the jutsu so to say, with the other strikes more meant for distraction purposes than actual damage. Alright, I'll see if I can do this right...

*Agnes picks up the sword, bring the blade inwards close to her right side, blade mostly parallel to the ground, with the right hand held above the left on the hilt and her feet being in a similar, but non-defensive pose, as the previous demonstration. Then, she immediately delivers thrust forward from the right, blade still being held parallel to the ground. Afterwards, she starts an intricate combination of slashes, starting from right to left, then diagonal to the upper right, then another right to left slash above that of the previous one, then diagonal to the lower left, each of these being performed as she concentrates chakra into the blade, with the fourth slash resulting in a competent amount of chakra being stored into the blade. She removes her left hand off the hilt, and finally delivers a swift slash upwards, sliding her right foot slightly forward as she does so, simultaneously releasing the stored chakra as she delivers her slash, in a similar methodology as she performance of the Wind Terror jutsu, in which the greatest amount of chakra is released at the apex of the swing. She, lastly, brings down the blade again, blade pointing upwards, before grabbing the hilt again with her left hand. She then tilts her left foot inwards about fifteen degrees before pointing the blade towards her upper right, into what she believes to be a defensive stance. She nods towards her sensei, hoping she's pleased with the performance.*

"Was that a decent demonstration sensei?"

Yeah xD Well, tbh, I try to practice my writing skills here, as it is the only place where I can.

''Decent?'' she observed her student in surprise. It was not decent, it was exceptional. She decided to not add anything but rather leave it as a rhetorical question. Although a smile widened across her face. She took another scroll within her hands before hurling it towards her student. ''GO!'' she screeched, implying for her students to do what she did previously with the last scroll.

That's a shame, although I suppose that's the case for most of us :/. At least you're having fun while doing so, so that's something :).

*Agnes tilts her head only slightly to the left, visible only to the most astute of observers. She shows a pretense of puzzlement, although her sensei's smile says everything she needs to know about her most recent demonstration.*

Okay, more like that it seems. Persistence seems to be key with Kenjutsu, alongside balance and accuracy. Power isn't enough per se, nor does it even seem to be a truly essential key, as it utilizes a sword or similar weaponry for most of its actual power. Alright, seems as if I'm not wholly incompetent at this...

*Agnes then catches the scroll, reading if briefly before tilting her head more to the left, this being far more visible now.*

Why are both of these jutsus seemingly pointless so far...? Why call a simple maneuver a jutsu? Sometimes this world confuses me so...

*Agnes sighs audibly before bending her knees slightly, moving her right foot back one foot behind her as her left foot is held perpendicular to her waist (essentially below it). Yet, both feet are facing towards her sensei, thus her position being an initial defensive pose. Yet, she sheathes her sword into a sheath located upon her left lower waist {why this suddenly appeared is mostly for plot convenience, but never mind that :p} before clenching both of her hands into fist, bending her knees more in order to focus the weight down onto them. Her right hand's mostly parallel to the ground, but her left is raised slightly above her right, thus making the pose now slightly more offensively based. She then narrows her eyes before bending her right elbow inwards, preparing a punch, and thus inverting her right side of her body slightly clockwise. She then delivers her punch, sending her right fist mostly forward and direct, thus redirecting her body into a straight line again. She follows this up with an uppercut with her left fist, delivering it in a ten degree trajectory towards her upper left, hence directing her body slightly, but barely so, to her left.*

*She then resheathes the sword, delivering an awkward slash upwards towards the middle of the two punches as she moves her left hand towards the upper left, thus avoiding the slash, which is delivered with her right hand. She finally slashes again towards the lower right, shifting her right foot forward and left back as she does so. As the slash is finished, she grasps the hilt with her left hand, thus moving her right hand upwards, so then the right is above the left, as her left foot is turned inwards by forty-five degrees. She takes another defensive stance, with the blade being pointed towards her upper left, taking a breath as she finishes up her stance.*

"I hope this is decent as well sensei... um, I don't think I know your name yet actually..."

''Great job yet once again'' she spoke as she watched her student perform what was told. Taking two scrolls within her hands she hurled them towards the youngling. ''Listen, read through this two scrolls. Both are quite basic and easy to understand.'' she rolled her eyes as she spoke, feeling slightly annoyed. ''For the first one tho, you will need to use a tanto. And basically what you would do is spin around hitting your target multiple times. Whereas for the second one you would drop down on your opponent from mid air with your sword's summit pointing towards your target in attempt to drill them if it comes in contact with.'' The words were followed by her taking out a tanto and sending it forth in direction of her student as for her to catch it and use it for performance.

*Agnes tilts her head tacitly and subtly to her left as she observes her sensei rolling her eyes. Then, as she catches the scrolls and gives them a quick glance, she swiftly realizes why. Another series of jutsus that can be performed with freeform, no true reason to use these. She sighs as she places the scrolls onto the ground before catching the tanto. Giving it a quick glance, she places it into her right hand, blade pointing outward from her body. She momentarily bends her knees, but gives little attention to her feet's position, before twirling swiftly, slashing the blade in a horizontal motion around her mid-drift, pivoting her left foot around as her right foot carries the motion in mid-air. She repeats this a few times before staggering somewhat, becoming dizzy from the jutsu. Holding her head with her left hand for a few moments, she rebalances herself, with her knees bent, but now her left foot now in front of her right, with the right being held behind her body; both feet are pointing straight, implying a more offensive stance. She then jumps swiftly, her right foot being the one forcing her body up into the air, and overlaps her left hand onto her right, moving the tanto blade downward. The blade then swiftly penetrates the ground, leaving a somewhat shallow indent on which the blade struck. She meekly sighs at this though, and begins to pontificate whether Seimei also created these jutsu...*

Her eyes opened widely, she looked at her student in amazement. It seemed that she once again impeccably performed what was asked. Enjoyable to work with such a student, indeed. She performed few hand seals and slammed her hands onto the ground. A sealing formula appeared as well as fume which quickly dispersed. As it did a few scrolls could be seen. Each contained a description of a technique they were to learn next. She took three and sent them flying towards her student. "Let's get going onto the next step. The first technique is step based and I am not the biggest fan of it to be honest. Essentially you would start off by using the handle of your sword when in vicinity of your opponent to make a strike which would be followed with few kicks equaling in your opponent being sent flying. Then, you would run across the ground to the far off point where you sent your opponent flying and finish them off with a final punch." She rolled her eyes yet once again. "Uhm, I don't have any comments when it comes to this technique but I don't believe this is something you could easily pull off in a battle. But nonetheless it is a technique of the list." Her eyes locked at her student. "In the second scroll a kenjutsu technique is written which will require from your to firstly channel chakra into the sword and then use it to perform a slash which would send your opponent flying into the air. That should be followed with you jumping off abaft them and performing another drilling slash which will end in their demise." She maliciously grinned. "And the last scroll contains a technique which I find neat. But to be honest it is just due to its demeanor. Focusing chakra into the sword and then making a slash towards your opponent whilst applying basic processes of chakra manipulation and causing for creation of a red-hued wave of chakra to be sent flying in direction of your target."

*As the scrolls fly towards Agnes, she hastily resheathes her tanto... by resheath she means stabs it desperately into the ground, and attempts to grab the scrolls. Unfortunately for her, all three end up hitting her by the time she looks back up for the tanto stabbing the ground, but fortunately enough don't cause any noticeable damage as... they're paper :|. She begins to read the first one that hit her, curiously called the Gambling Bird Arrowroot Death. She gulps, this is going to be one of those jutsu...*

Wait what? What? Why? Who's responsible for this abomination?

"Uhm, I don't have any comments when it comes to this technique but I don't believe this is something you could easily pull off in a battle. But nonetheless it is a technique of the list..."
This jutsu is the definition of unacceptable, why, oh why does it exist? I mean, if I were in danger of getting stabbed or punched or generally being injured I doubt the first thing that would come to mind is to use the hilt... of a sword, a bloody sword, to knock the opponent in the air. I mean, first of all, why wouldn't you unsheath it and... you know, stab the bloody opponent? I mean, if it were a feint type manuever, fine, but why use the bloody hilt anyways? Also, I have knees, that can knock opponents on their chins, why not use the knees? Why the hilt? The knees would do more than a hilt... gah! Why do some of these jutsu make no sense...

*Agnes shakes her head a little through her frustration, before clenching her fists momentarily.*

"Why is the Gambling Dumb Bird Arrowsuicide blah so bad? Who made it? What are the purposes of using a sword hilt instead of, say, a knee in that sort of close-range situation? Why does this jutsu exist? I can't..."

*Agnes sighs in frustration before gently shaking her head, messing up her hair by causing a few stray strands block out her eyes. She swipes her right pointer and middle finger across her forehead towards her right ear, hence moving the strands back past her forehead. She then immediately bows her head for a moment, her eyes motioning towards the ground, a slight, delicate blush enveloping her cheeks, a familiar situation across the majority of her trainings thus far.*

"My apologies for the utterly rude outburst there sensei, I'm just... frustrated with this jutsu. Still, my outburst was inconsiderate, given that you were still explaining the other jutsus. I only hope that you're able to forgive me for this instance of malignant rudeness."

*She gives the other two scrolls a quick glance before nodding towards her sensei. She picks up the katana from earlier, drop haphazardly earlier as the tanto was tossed towards her, and resheathes it into the sheath, conveniently placed around her left lower waist, aperture pointing out towards her sensei. She then haphazardly moves the hilt upwards, holding it with her left hand, with the knuckle pointing outwards towards her left. The hilt moves barely upwards, much less enough to knock an opponent upwards, but she immediately crouches, shifting her weight down towards her feet, moving her left foot forward and her right foot back, both past her chest. A delivers a swift kick with her right foot in a forward crescent arc motion, then another one , but now in a more straight line outwards, and a final kick, same motion as the second kick, but in an upwards angle from the previous kick. During each of the second and third kick, she rotates her left foot, having slided it forward to being centered with her body, by fifteen degrees clockwise, thus having it at a slight angle by the third kick. Lastly, she rebalances her stance to the starting stance, with her right fist centered towards her right chest, and then delivers a potent punch forward with said fist, mostly just aimed towards the imaginary opponent's chest. She then sighs, that was... kind of silly really, but these other two jutsu should be better.*

*She then unsheathes her katana again, placing her right hand in front of her left on the hilt of the katana, creating a similar stance as that of her previous jutsu. She then concentrates some chakra into the blade before releasing the chakra as she slices upwards, in a forward crescent arcing motion and then leaps upwards, moving the blade of her katana downwards before landing the blade back into the ground, nearby the stab mark from the tanto she used earlier. All in all, similar to one of the jutsu from the previous list.*

*She takes a momentary breather before starting the last jutsu. Lifting the blade back into a centered position, she merely takes a more neutral stance, her feet aligned with her body, and only her right hand holding the the hilt, as she gathers more chakra into the blade. She then swings the blade in a forward crescent arc motion, moving her left foot forward by a foot as she does so. Simultaneously, she releases the stored chakra from earlier, releasing the majority of the chakra as her blade hits the centerpoint of the swing, which would be aimed at her opponent's chest. The end result of this swing is a mild red wave of chakra, with a thin width but a length and height equivalent to that of a human being, being sent a few feet away from her sensei. The blade drops onto the ground as Agnes breathes heavily for a few moments. She can only hope that the sensei is okay with the performance of these jutsu...*

"The only reason for its existence is our misery" she grinned. "Or so I believe."

...

"Amazing job yet once again.. We are almost done when it comes to this field."
glancing at her student and tossing last three scrolls left she continued. "I believe you've learnt Chidori? Well, this first technique that I am going to teach you is a combination of lighting element, Chidori technique, to be more specific and usage of sword. Essentially releasing a chidori current through your weapon increasing its potency. The weapon should have flowing chakra around its exterior which would produce chirping noise. It should be capable of easily cutting through even steel as well as numbing bodies through which it passed." She grasped handle of her sword before continuing with the next technique. "The second scroll contains a pretty easy technique for performance. User would release chakra into their sword and apply basic processes of chakra manipulation coating in a blue hued layer and jump off towards their target whilst spinning in mid air. The spinning would create like a spinning circle around them which would be capable of easily cutting through target." She looked over at the third and last scroll and went on. "Haha.. *This next technique uses an old principle of lighting essentially being gushed by earth, or well this is a national principle where I live. User would unleash their sword and use as a rod which attracts free-flowing lighting techniques by pointing out the tip of the sword into the ground and in that way dispelling the techniques sent forth towards them."

(Kusanagi no Tsurugi: Chidorigatana) - Grass Cutter Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user flows Chidori current through a katana in manner similar to flying swallow technique. The Radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.

(Chakura Bōsekiken) - Chakra Spinning Blade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will channel chakra into their sword making it glow blue and then jumping into the air they spin at a rapid rate creating a spinning circle and cutting through the enemy target.

( Kenjutsu: Hirashin ) - Sword Technique: Lightning Rod
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user by use of a sword can use it as a rod to attract lightning currents that are channeled into the user from opponents attacks and by pointing the tip of the blade into the ground the user is then able to dispel the lightning charge nullifing the effects of paralysis. However this only works on free flowing lightning based techniques such as the Chidori current and not on focused lightning based techniques

*This is just a national belief in smaller villages where I live so I decided to mention it, however it shouldn't be taken into consideration when you are fighting and using this technique in the RP. Just thought it was kinda interesting.

*Agnes merely sighs as she listens to her sensei's elaborations of the final three jutsu. Two of these barely qualify as kenjutsu techniques... how did these... she shakes her head, what a weird set of jutsus these are. At least the second one qualifies. Agnes smiles though as her sensei ends the final explanation, the first jutsu is a cinch for her to perform. She merely holds her katana straight upwards with her right hand as she funnels her chakra into the blade, transforming the chakra into that of a Raiton nature by sending it through in waves. However, with two waves, a series of bolts surrounds and envelops the blade, the majority of them being visible to anyone nearby the blade. Agnes then begins to transform the chakra into a more neutral state by sending a constant stream of weaker chakra into the blade, thus overwhelming the Raiton chakra into a light blue skin of chakra, this still being relatively visible, although less bright than the previous jutsu. She then bends her knees slightly for a moment, with her right foot ahead of her body, and her left foot held behind her body; the blade of her katana facing towards her sensei, while the hand being parallel to the ground. She then leaps, moving her body in a counterclockwise manner as her left foot kicks her body off the ground. As her blade moves in the counterclockwise formation, she releases the sword's stored chakra in a consistent, but persistent, manner, thus forming a circle of chakra that momentarily surrounds her being before dissipating as she sloppily lands onto the ground, skidding slightly forward and nearly tripping over herself. However, by initiating a bend to her knees, she manages to balance her landing... at the cost of creating a slight pain to her ankles. She grins though, she pulled it off... even if she'll regret it tomorrow morning.*

*The final jutsu... Agnes tilts her head slightly, how can one even truly demonstrate this jutsu...*

"Um, pardon me sensei, but I'm not sure if this last jutsu is easily demonstrable by myself, but it's easy enough to explain. You essentially absorb the chakra through overwhelming it, not necessarily in terms of strength, but rather amount, through stored chakra in your blade. You then release said chakra through the ground, hence harmlessly dissipating it. Yeah, not sure why this one is a kenjutsu technique to be honest, although one of your comments about this jutsu is quite interesting. You mention that this represents one of your villages national principles, but I've never heard of such a place having this as one of their principles. May I ask where and what that village is, if you don't mind a foolish girl like myself prying into your life."

*A delicate, if not overused, blush envelops Agnes' upper cheeks as she says this. Ever the shy, modest girl.*
