Personality: Agent J is basically a serious person when it comes to his work but tends to bicker and show out his "youthfulness" with his senior partner, Agent K. He loved being a member of MiB and was very good at his job. After joining the secret organization not much is given out about his personal life except the fact that he likes video games and listening to rap music.

Background Info.​

History:
James Edwards III was born 5 years before the 3rd Shinobi War's decline, in Konohagakure. While his mother unknown, his father who served in the 2nd war and was killed by Sunakagure's Boris the Animal while in his toddler years. He was then taken care of a family friend, Kevin Brown (Agent K) who erased Jame's memory; as both was there when his father was killed. At the age of 8, he was enrolled into the ninja academy and graduated at 9. 11 years into the future, he then joined the Konoha Military Police Force.

During his time as an officer, he chased down an extremely dangerous Konoha missing-nin. When he finally caught up, the ninja informed James about a serious warning concerning the ninja world, before committing suicide. Some time later James was questioned by a fellow officer about the confrontation and briefly after, a man in a black suit (Agent K) walked in and explained to Edwards that the missing-nin he had chased down was really an underling of Akatsuki, an organization recognized after Itachi & Kisame's encounter. Full of doubt/shock, Agent K then mind erases James of the whole situation and is told to meet at MiB headquarters the next day for certain tests. Out of the other 4 candidates who failed, he "succeeds" though Agent Z (MiB Head) believes he has a problem with the law. K remarks that he does too, and that Edwards is obviously capable enough for the job. The next day he returns to the base, Agent J became the newest MiB recruit; cutting all ties to Konoha's government system, gathering information from Akatsuki and reporting intel to Jiraiya.
