Age difference between sasuke and itachi.

Ok so I was watching episode 141 titled truth, I was noticing itachi coming home from the academy and it look like he was at least 8 and sasuke looked at least 3 or 4 what's weird is that as the fast forward to when they were traning sasuke had to have been about 7 since this was before the massacre which was 5 years before the start when he joins team kakashi at age 12 or 13 and itachi looked at least 16 or 17 that's a difference of ten years, now to me it doesn't look like itachi is more than 4 years older than sasuke, because looking back when sasuke was a baby in itachi's arms, itachi only looked about 5, it confusing the hell outta me since itachi graduated at 7 yet he still has academy homework at 8 not only that itachi must age super fast because he went from looking 4 years older to 10 years older in that episode?

Pre-Pubescent children look quite young compared to those who are in/going through their Physical Maturation. In addition to such, Itachi's tear-troughs give the Uchiha the appearance of him appearing quite a bit more old than he truly is.

It's around a 4-7 year difference between the two of them. When Itachi held Sasuke as a baby, he didn't look that old, so it can't be a huge difference.
