2- 18 yo Itachi could barely handle 3MS techniques that he needed to put his body to rest, so 13yo Itachi surely couldn't hold a candle with his probably uncontrolled Susanoo as well
3- Minato made no eye contact with Obito on that panel since Obito's eye at that moment was in the other dimension(he needed to do that to avoid the kunai). It's what Minato did

U say Itachi wins by using Genjutsu and don't say what minato can do to counter etc.
Just name the thread Itachi > Minato.(While it isn't true).
So you say Itachi Age 13 is above kage level. If i was above kage level why would i take orders?
Why didn't he kill Sasuke at the instant go through all the trouble , while he is the almighty genjutsu user he could of 1 shotted sasuke.
