He kisses her lightly. "Hey.." he gets slides his chair back and stands up. "This was pretty fun.."

Ikiko sighs. "But now you've gotta go fight a war?" She stands up, gathering her stuff. "I knew it was all too good to be true."

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"I still have two months before I go back..." he chuckles. "I was going to say that in order to keep you safe, I have to leave for the night..."

"In order to keep me safe.." She says in a mocking voice. She shrugs. "That's okay. Forget it, Ryun." She walks out of the pizza place.

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"Ikiko!" He follows her out. "I was already attacked!"

Ikiko swivels around "So you're just gonna kiss me and leave? You're gonna conjure all these feelings then just disappear. As usual!" She turns on a heel and walks down the sidewalk.

 

[Makoto Yuki]

Ryun Walks up to ikiko "Ikiko, i am doing what i have too!" He shakes his head. "The shinigami will do anything to hurt me!"

Ikiko shoos him off, biting her lip to keep from crying. "Just go, Ryun."

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"Ikiko,if they found out that I love you, they will kill you " he grabs her hand. "And I already lost Daniel, I will not lose you too!" His voice starts to tremble as his grip on her hand tightens.

Ikiko wraps her arms around his neck and takes deep steady breaths. "I-I'm sorry.."

Ryun Sighs. "These past couple of weeks have been pretty hectic.."

Ikiko pulls away. "Yeah, I noticed."

Ryun laughs. "W-where are you staying now?"

Ikiko twirled her hair. "It's..a little house on the edge of the beach." She looks at him. "You?"

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"I'm a vagabond..." he smiles. "May I see it?"

(So glad I googled that. You do not want to know what I thought a 'vagabond' was.)

Ikiko smiles. "Sure." She begins walking toward her house.

Ryun follows behind ikiko smiling.
