An Hokage, following his fathers footsteps and looks ironically much like him. He is no longer a Jinchuuriki of Kurama.
But Kurama is pridefully protecting Konoha, he fights alongside Naruto and the Toads if needed.
He can willingly join chaka's with Naruto.
Making Kurama the Guardian of Konoha

B the 5th Raikage
In war he lost his brother, A's will is passed on to his brother B, making B the new Raikage.
Kazekage
Gaara of the Sand
After the war and the Eye of Moon Plan, all Bijuu's were restored thanks to Naruto and team. Thus Shukaku including all other Bijuu's saw humans differently again thanks to Naruto.
Shukaku and Gaara having a terrible past, they rejoin in there tracks to protect the Land of Sand.
Making Shukaku rightfully the Guardian of Sunagakure

Mei Terumi
Gaara and Mei being the only survivors up will this day, she carries her legacy throughout Kirigakure.
Tsuchikage

Having Onoki passing away shortly after the war, he had no choice but to be placed as Tsuchikage.

Kiba Inuzuka
Being Jonin like the rest of Konoha 11, he is now in the Sensory Division of the ANBU along with Neji Hyuuga.
He also trains Chuunin who is most likely to be Sensory or have pet companions.
Rock Lee
He continues sharing is Sensei's "Youth Sensation", he has mastered the arts of Taijutsu and wants to encourage others who cant do Ninjutsu not to have doubt but to have guts and determination. He opened his own gym teaching others Taijutsu.
Shikamaru Nara
Master Tactician and Champion of the Shogi Championship. After the death of his Sensei Asuma, he trains hard and is a sensei to the son of Asuma. Though Naruto is Hokage, he still manages to adjust military operation tactics at times.
Ino Yamanaka
Jonin and a special nin specializing in poison and flowers. She opened her rightfully own Flower Shop, she is also a medical nin and sells medicine and all different kinds of treatments.
Choji Akimichi
Having his father in retirement, he is the leader of the Akimichi Clan.
Tenten
She is a Academy Teacher, she is skillful in Weapon Arts and the best at it.
Hinata Hyuuga
Now the Leader of the Hyuuga Clan, she has lots of responsibilities, happily married to the Hokage Naruto.
Sasuke Uchiha
He is the Leader of the ANBU Squad and the only surviving Uchiha. After understanding what really happened and the truth about Madara and Konoha, he protects Konoha for the sake of the Uchiha.
