Kishi ruined the entire ninja system at this point. I mean characters are significantly above kage level now which shouldn't of happened. It's impossible now to award people certain ranks

I agree with all of OP. Hinata just needs a little but more strength before she should be promoted. Ino needs a good mind Jutsu that can help her in solo battles. Kiba... Not sure about him. And TenTen? She should be next Kage u_u
