itachi used kotoamatsukami on himself so as to let go the control of kabuto on him and then used amaterasu to destroy it, as it was of no use for naruto; as he gave it to him to use kotoamatsukami on sasuke in case naruto was not able to change sasuke's mind.

you clearly not up to date in the manga aha..it was destroyed by itachi amaterasu when itachi realised naruto was strong enough to deal with sasuke, so NO naruto doesnt have Shisue Uchih's eye
